Light filled lounge room and dining area with generous sized balcony overlooking St David’s Park, for relaxed morning views, and a split system and wall mounted TV for comfort and entertainment.
Enjoy the galley style kitchen with sleek granite bench tops and fully equipped with modern cooking appliances, pod coffee machine and dishwasher.
Spacious and renovated bathroom with walk in shower, as well as separate laundry with a washer and dryer. The apartment features elevator access for added convenience.
