Komplett renoviertes Haus mit einer rustikalen Einrichtung im Bauernstil, die hell und gemütlich ist. Es liegt auf einem Doppelgrundstück in einem ruhigen Kanal am Weeki Wachee River. Das Haus verfügt über eine separate Studiosuite mit einem Kingsize-Bett mit eigener Küchenzeile, ein Wohnzimmer mit Schlafsofa in voller Größe, einen 50-Zoll-TV und ein komplettes Badezimmer. 2. Schlafzimmer bietet ein Kingsize-Bett mit einem 40-Zoll-Fernseher und zwei Schlafsofas mit eigenem Bad. Das 3. Zimmer verfügt über 2 große Betten und 40-Zoll-TV. Das 3. Badezimmer befindet sich gegenüber dem Gästezimmer. Die Küche im Obergeschoss ist komplett ausgestattet mit Kaffeemaschine und Toaster. Dieses Haus ist ein idealer Ort für große Familien!

Unser Haus bietet alles, was Sie von Outdoor-Aktivitäten wie der vollen Nutzung von Kajaks, Angelruten und Cornhole erwarten. Bringen Sie Ihr Boot mit und legen Sie es an unserem Dock an oder mieten Sie ein Boot in der örtlichen Marina. Oder unterhalten Sie sich drinnen mit einem Airhockey-Tisch, Tischfußball oder einer Vielzahl von Brettspielen. Ca. 1,6 km vom Weeki Wachee State Park entfernt; Heimat der Meerjungfrauen. Das Hotel liegt 10 km von zwei gemütlichen Stränden entfernt: Einer ist ein Salzwasserstrand (Pine Island) und der andere ist ein Süßwasserstrand (Rogers Park).

Amazing Stay

The property was easy to travel to and the host gave easy, plus good instructions to getting into the property. Their binder outlined everything very well. The house was amazing with lots of room for everyone. I would recommend others to book at this property.

Perfect Family House

Words truly cannot describe how perfect this house was for our vacation. The location on the River, the layout and design of the home and the beautiful backyard were exactly what we needed for this trip. Communication with the owners was always prompt and they were very accommodating. We’ve stayed in various houses directly on the River in the past - so I was concerned about being on a canal. It was clear, full of manatees and fish and delightful to swim in….. especially when going in with the water slide! Dropping kayaks into the water is easy and there is a step that makes getting in a breeze. Our friends and I can’t wait for our future trips.

Great River Fun

This property was key in our group having an amazing time. We had clear and thorough information to get us there easily. As soon as we walked in we were very happy with the property. It was very clean and spacious. Everything we needed was available to us from the kitchen to the bathrooms. The air-conditioned porch was a plus with the air hockey and foosball. The true hit was the water slide! It dumped into the inlet and provided hours of fun. It was so convenient to have kayaks available with plenty of oars and life jackets. The deck was massive which made it easy to dock and fish. We utilized the fire pit and that was real fun too. The upstairs porch was also great. It was not air-conditioned but with the fan and open windows you get plenty of breeze for relaxing and ultimate chill. At night it was nice to have plenty of TVs for everyone to watch something. We for sure would come back to this property. The owners were very present in messaging if we had any questions. I really appreciated that!

Beautiful river home!

The location is very convenient to access the river and area attractions. The house itself is spacious and well thought out for many guests. It’s is very clean inside and out. The backyard is amazing with an incredible large deck. Easy access to the water and many kayaks, paddles and vests. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Easter weekend with family and siblings was great!

We had plenty of room to spread out! My family of 4, my brother’s family with 4, and my sister all had room to spread out. We enjoyed the kayaks and saw many manatee. We enjoyed the pair of ducks that visited often when we were enjoying the deck along the water. The decor was very cute! We enjoyed the fire pit, gas grill, screened in porch, and play room. Thank you for sharing your home for our family to gather together.

What a nice surprise

This property is perfect! We love the river and this house is an amazing place to stay if you want to enjoy weeki wachee. We arrived and were pleasantly surprised with the spacious and very clean accommodations. The home has an additional master suite downstairs that is separated from the rest of the house. They had just installed a new slide that our children very much enjoyed. The canal is clear of debris which makes a very easy paddle to the main river. We saw a manatee one night while enjoying the fire pit. Everything is beautiful and very well maintained. We have already booked again for the end of June. Wonderful hosts and a beautiful home!

Great stay with the right amenities

We booked this unit for a last minute get away. It was great. We certainly enjoyed the space we had to roam inside the property. It is huge compared to other units, because this is a double lot. The deck is super huge, too. We rather enjoyed the kayaking up the river and canals and there are kayaks for tall people, the yellow one is my favorite one. The neighbors are an absolute delight to be around and that helps make the stay feel “home like.” The house has most amenities that are needed all the way down to a bungee cord. I am bringing this point up because the unit is obviously experienced enough to accommodate needs as they arise. There is also a dollar tree 2.5 miles away for extra needs that may arise. Regardless, while we stayed, we saw many crabs walking around the crab trap waiting at the bottom of the water, we saw a ray, many fish and turtles, and 2 white ducks that follow you around while you kayak around the house. Outside the property, we saw two black bears (check the ditch after a right curve as you leave) and manatees in the gulf. If you are looking for some r and r, yep, this is the place. If you are looking for glam, you may not be as happy. I have some great memories from my stay. Thank you!

Who knew??? The pictures do not reflect the calm ambiance generated by the furnishings and amenities at this home. The owners have created a haven from the noisy busy world we seek to escape for a little while. This IS the great escape!

Great house!

Such a beautifully decorated and perfectly laid out home. My family thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The owners were so responsive to our minor issues. Great house if you have two family’s. We were able to have each couple in their own space. The kayaks were perfect! We were able to see manatees on our kayak rides every time just down the river from the house. Everything you need in the kitchen. Quiet neighborhood and the little Italian restaurant down the street is awesome!
