CENTRALLY LOCATED COMPACT EN-SUITE WITH KING BED FOR BUDGET TRAVELER
This compact self-contained and modern unit is our most affordable little space for the younger traveler. Easily accessed and located in a charming Victorian house in a lovely quiet area. Has views onto quiet residential gardens. Has great shower and king size bed and good selection of dvd movies. It is 5-6 minutes walk to the nearest tube station of Hammersmith. Recording cctv cameras are outside of the listing monitoring the exterior and communal hallway and staircase of the apartment building
Located centrally in zone 2 in the sought after, fashionable, charming and safe Brackenbury Village in Hammersmith. The borough of Hammersmith & Fulham is central and next to the river Thames. Our guests love our local area and the quiet road. It is in a safe neighbourhood with floodlights outside the building and recording cctv in communal areas.
Public parking is available outside and/or in the surrounding streets. It is free at weekends and on weekdays from 5pm until 9am. Other times pay at meter.

THE AREA
1. Our area of Brackenbury Village and Brook Green are considered Prime Central London (PCL)
2. Peaceful village like atmosphere with no loud traffic and no airplanes overhead
3. Superb central and yet quiet location very close to the best transport in London and multiple shops, pubs, supermarkets and stores. Just 5-6 minutes walk to Hammersmith tube (you will not find such convenience elsewhere in London)
4. Historical early Victorian house located in a conservation area with strict planning laws to retain traditional appearance of the streets with no ugly buildings or undesired commercial outlets in the neighbourhood. Each local cafe or shop must have wood windows and no plastic is allowed
THE UNIT
5. No limitations to 24 hours heating or constant hot water (we do not limit heating hours and we do not run out of hot water)
6. Large sized bed (we provide king size in UK)
7. Multiple ceiling spotlights throughout all rooms (not just a single old style ceiling lamp)
8. Contemporary, stylish design and décor (no clutter, cheap “art“, junk or offensive loud colours)
9. New gas boilers and appliances regularly maintained and cleaned
10. Freely running drainage checked before each guest (no blockages)
11. Disinfected bathroom fittings with anti mould treatment before each guest (no mould, no mildew)
12. Efficient and fast heating for colder months due to new and regularly serviced boilers and CH systems
13. High scores on cleanliness (personally checked after cleaners unless we are away)
14. Excellent energy performance (EPC rating B in each unit which is very rare in UK)
15. Highest quality wooden and gas filled double glazed windows and doors throughout
