- These are TWO separate hotel rooms. Rooms are individually unique and may not be adjoining or adjacent, allocated based on availability upon arrival. The price is for all rooms.

- The property requires a damage deposit of €300 per unit (stays of 7 nights or more) on the credit/debit card provided. The deposit is required for EACH UNIT and is refunded IN FULL upon check-out.

- Early check-in is subject to availability upon arrival.

- Following property rules, the minimum age required for check-in is 18 years old.

- Upon arrival, a mandatory city tax of €1.00 per person per night will be collected, this is not included in the daily rate.

For stays of 7 nights or more, bathroom linen is 10€ per person and bed sheets are 11€ per bed. Cleaning is included for stays up to 6 nights (excluding the kitchen). For stays of 7 nights or more, cleaning is not included and rates vary by accommodation type.
