Nestled in the beautiful village of Easington in County Durham, The Farmhouse is a recently refurbished property with charm in abundance. Aptly named, The Farmhouse is a converted former home on a working farm. Now a wonderful holiday home, this dog friendly property sleeps up to four guests and is perfect for family staycations, romantic retreats and getaways with friends.
The Space:
Upon entering The Farmhouse, you’ll be impressed with its bright, yet traditional look. Recently renovated to the highest standard, the house boasts premium furniture and luxury interiors.
Perfect for socialising, the ground floor has an open plan living and dining room, along with a delightful kitchen.
After a fun day exploring the sights of County Durham, retreat to the living area with your loved ones for a cosy night in. Snuggle up on the sofas and turn on the flat screen Smart TV to keep up with your favourite shows. Beautifully styled, the living area has a butter yellow scheme with touches of additional added through the soft furnishings.
The dining area includes a traditional wooden dining table with four dining chairs. Ideal for family meals and dining with friends, there is ample space for all of your party.
The kitchen is ultra stylish with light white cabinets and smooth wooden worktops. Wonderfully designed, it also has arctic blue walls which complement the space beautifully. You’ll have everything you need for your self-catering stay as The Farmhouse is fully equipped with an oven, hob, fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle. There are also the added luxuries of a washing machine, dryer and dishwasher.
Head upstairs to the first floor and you’ll find two ensuite bedrooms. The master bedroom boasts a king size bed with a comfy mattress and plush bedding. With cosy yellow walls and exposed ceiling beams, this space is tranquil and traditional. Additional pops of colour and luxury are added through soft cushions and there is ample storage space in the room.
Along the hallway is the second bedroom. Boasting the same high finish as the rest of the house, the room has comfortable a double bed with plush white bedding and linens. A truly cosy space to relax, you’ll enjoy your sleep at The Farmhouse.
Unique in style, the ensuite bathrooms have sage green walls and wooden flooring. The ensuite in the king room boasts a walk-in shower, WC and wash basin, while the double bedroom ensuite has a freestanding bathtub, separate shower, basin and WC for your convenience.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the full property. The keys to The Farmhouse are accessed via a key safe box, and full details will be provided prior to your stay.
On-site parking is available for up to two vehicles.
A maximum of two well-behaved dogs are welcome to stay at The Farmhouse per reservation.
