The villa is located over-looking Llafranc beach in an area regarded as one of Costa Brava’s most picturesque. The property has been fully renovated recently and boasts four levels. On the street level the large terrace off the living room offers a spectacular view across Llafranc bay, whilst the wide-open kitchen comes with a range of essential facilities including a dishwasher, oven, microwave and a fridge-freezer. The whole property is surrounded by stunning sea views.
The double bedroom en-suite features a full shower room. There’s also a twin bedroom, and a shower room. Upstairs is the mezzanine with two sofa-beds and a TV.
The two double en-suite shower room bedrooms on the lower floors both have great sea views. 
On the ground floor, you get access to a jetty that can take you straight onto Llafranc beach. You can access the keys via a digital code.
The garage is just a short stroll away from the house. This property is available for families only.
