We are delighted to present this amazing villa with heatable pool* located in the up market resort of Aucanada with its famous Aucanada Golf Club and some of the best restaurants in the north of the Island as La Terraza Aucanada.

With stunning sea views and a pool and solarium the property has the atmosphere of a private beach club.

Up to six guests can be accommodated in air conditioned comfort.

The property is accessed via a private driveway.

There is a spectacular pool area.

The infinity pool is surrounded by a decked solarium which is furnished with sun mattresses, lounger chairs and parasols. There are views to the Bay of Alcudia.

The pool and solarium have ambient lighting for night time swimming.

There is a spacious covered dining terrace which leads to the interior of the property.

The house is tastefully furnished and beautifully presented.

The pleasant sitting room has two sofas, satellite TV and wifi. The Windows offer views across the pool to the sea.

The lounge opens to a formal dining area which has direct access to the covered terrace and pool.

The fully equipped kitchen is close by. There is a door to the outside area.

Open tread stairs lead to the first floor.

The master suite has a double bed, TV, an en suite and access to the first floor terrace. The terrace is furnished with dining table, chairs, and has views of the Bay of Alcudia and the light house at Aucanada.

The second bedroom is furnished with twin beds and has access to the first floor terrace.

The third bedroom is furnished with two single beds and has an en suite.

There are two further bathrooms in the property.

The rear of the property is backed by forest land and there is a superb chill out area. This shady area has a BBQ and is furnished with loungers and easy chairs.

If you do not notify us with a minimum of 7 days before arrival, we can not ensure that the desired temperature is achieved. This temperature can only be achieved if the heating is properly used (Please ask the person in charge of the check-in).
