Dieses gerade renovierte Eckapartment bietet einen direkten und unverbauten Blick auf das Meer und die Biscayne Bay. Größte Einheit im Komplex mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern, offenem Wohnbereich, raumhohen Fenstern und einer Küche, die komplett mit italienischen Schränken, Marmoroberflächen, Bosch-Geschirrspülmaschine, Premiumgeräten und echtem WLAN-Internet mit speziellem Router ausgestattet ist.

Zu Ihrer Unterhaltung stehen drei Fernseher (im Wohnzimmer und in jedem Schlafzimmer) mit über 200 Kanälen zur Verfügung, darunter HBO & Showtime und Musiksender. Great Condo!

We had a great time in this condo! It was convenient to everything we like to do in Miami. Francisco was very accommodating with everything we needed, including a parking pass and an early check-out. The condo itself was comfortable and is just as it is described online. We will definitely look to stay here again.

Beautiful Condo in Downtown Miami

We spent with the family Thanksgiving and the apartment could not have been a better choice. It was clean, breathtaking views all around, modern, top of the line kitchen and very tasteful decor. It has one of the best locations in Brickell Avenue just a few minutes walk from Whole Foods, Publix, CVS and Brickell City Centre. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend it to anybody travelling to Miami.

Great getaway

The property was clean and felt very secure. We had some trouble getting into our room (cleaning wasn’t done until 6pm), but that was due to the previous resident’s extended stay, and it wasn’t much of an issue otherwise. Overall, it was a wonderful visit and we would definitely come back!

Amazing view

The view was amazing and the apartment was great for our family. The elevators were a huge headache especially the night we checked in so we had to drag our luggage up four flights of stairs because our key card wouldn't work after multiple stops at the front desk, and another guest helped get us close enough.

Belisimo!

The condo is beautiful. Awesome views, comfortable and clean and superb communication. The home was impeccably decorated and spacious for 4 of us. Close to shopping and restaurants, great walking paths to different areas. I recommend you check out Brickell Key for a nice walk/run and the Brickell Center for all your shopping and dining needs. Whole foods was also very close. We were also able to enjoy great fireworks at Biscayne Bay during our stay as well. Nicole was very accommodating and responsive to any needs/questions we had. We are looking forward to our next stay in the area and would definitely rent from these wonderful owners again.

Nice stay

This apartment is very agreeable to live in, confortable, excellent kitchen, good bathrooms (1 with tub and separate shower, 1 with shower), views from 44th floor are incredible. Despite the very high floor, street noise from cars or SUV exists (simple glazing), more sensible in the smaller bedroom than in the largest one. Some details need repair or replacement : faucet in kitchen is loose, frying pans are scratched, one handle missing in suite commode, stain in sofa. But overall, we had a nice stay and could think of returning as Brickell is quite practical as a base.

Awesome stay beautiful place the beds the couches everything was amazing. I did have a problem for three out of the five days the TVs and the WiFi went out and I could not connect to my work schedule. But other than that was great. Hopefully it doesn’t happen with someone with no kids or if it was raining and your Stuck inside too would have nothing to do but like I said I hope they would resolve the problem or next time tell the guest what they can do to do it instead waiting around for someone to come and do it for them

Wonderful condo with beautiful views. Parking was not ideal.

The condo was beautiful, clean and comfortable with spectacular views. This is a perfect rental if you don't have to park a car. The rental company was only able to get us a parking spot for 3 of the 5 days. The other days we had to use the valet service at the W hotel which was terrible. One of the times we waited 45 minutes after they told us the car was ready because they had put the wrong tag on it. Then the area where they bring the car to you was so congested with traffic it took another 10 minutes to drive away. Another issue was that the main pool of the Icon building is still under construction so we had to use the W hotel pool which is tiny with not enough chairs and they charged $25 per person to use it. If the pool experience is important to you, check to see if the construction has been completed before you rent here. Other than the pool and the parking, everything else was wonderful and I would recommend this beautiful condo.

Not as expected

We booked this property due to the stellar reviews and upscale clean, bright looking furnishings. When we arrived to check in, we felt the property looked like the photos, but as we settled in and used the property, we noticed there was a significant amount of wear and tear on the appliances (freezer broke due to accumulation of ice/Washer-Dryer would only half fill with water), furnishings, and fixtures. It really needed to be refreshed with paint, deep cleaned, and to have some items replaced/repaired-- which I was told going to happen ASAP, albeit after our stay, after I brought it to the attention of the managers. This makes me question the VRBO review process, since most reviews were recent, and were positive, yet the wear on the property like accumulated dirt or dust, was an accumulation you would see over time and hard use. Overall, the management team was professional and responsive, but there was a limited amount they could do to fix the situation while we were staying in the apartment. They were amenable to making up for this in some small ways, but we were disappointed in the property overall. On a related note, we booked the vacay thinking the property would be more laid back as a residential building than a hotel, and thus less trafficked during COVID spring break. In fact, It was very active, with many party people and young vacationers. This is fine, if that's what you are up for, but bears mentioning for those whose style it doesn't suit. For future guests, I would ask for more recent pics with time stamps and look with a sharp eye upon check in.

The team communicated with me weeks and days ahead of my stay to ensure that I was ready for my stay. Nicole, their representative, followed my flight and text me letting me know she was ready to receive my family. She was there in the lobby waiting for us and personally escorted us to the parking lot slot that we rented from them. Further she escorted us and showed the property, amenities and how everything functioned (i.e. stove, washer, dryer, HVAC) in the apartment. The building was VERY upscale and attracted guest that were interested in quality stay with service. The apartment was AMAZING! Modern, CLEAN, in great order, spacious and the VIEWS! WOW! The location was GREAT, upscale and we felt VERY safe. You can walk to SEVERAL restaurants for all price ranges. This included stores such as Whole Foods, CVS, and some shopping. It was easy to get around by car to all the sights like South Beach and Little Havana. The location from Miami International was perfect. Easy in and out. What made our stay that much more enjoyable was the customer service of Nicole. For example, we had problems with the parking entry card. It simply failed several times and I could not enter the parking lot after 10P. I called Nicole, she personally met me to give me another card. Unfortunately, it failed too. However, Nicole personally walked to the parking lot, used her card to open the gate to let me in. Keep in mind this was LATE at night. Never complained, no attitude just a smile and was happy to help. Impressive. WE HAVE FOUND OUR MIAMI HOME BASE. I would definitely stay again and plan to do so. Great apartment, views and CUSTOMER SERVICE with a smile. Thank you.

Beautiful apartment with stunning views

We had a wonderful week. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, beautiful, modern, the master bath is huge, two very nice bedrooms, plenty of towels, easy check in process, Kitchen fully equipped but also there are a lot of restaurants and bar within walking distance. One thing I’d suggest: check the twin mattresses; they are too soft, specially one of them. Other than that, everything was excellent. Residents can use the W Hotel swimming pool, it’s beautiful !!! And the view (44th floor).. stunning! Doesn’t matter the weather, the view is breath taken. I just can’t wait to go back. Thank you for a wonderful week.

Check In Process and Flexibility a big issue

Great place - very clean except the 2nd shower area has no place to put your soap/shampoo/body wash - pretty weird. However is the headline is on check in. Don’t arrive here even 15 mins before 3pm - there is absolutely no flexibility on this. Check in is after lining up at the reception counter while your host and the reception folk argue about whether email was sent with picture IDs (so pls take sending that before arrival seriously). I don’t think I have ever submitted a picture ID at a vrbo booking before this so that tells its own story.

This apartment is absolutely beautiful in every way. The apartment is spacious and has everything you need to enjoy time in Miami.
