• Comfortable Queen Size beds in 2 large bedrooms; Double/Single Bunk Bed Combo in middle bedroom
• All linen and towels provided; cleaned and maintained to Australian Hygienic Standards by the team at Aroma Clean Living
• Large, secure backyard with level lawn. Kids cricket set, badminton, soccer and footballs all provided
• Games room includes Air Hockey table and Soccer Foosball table & 43” Hisense 4K Ultra HD Smart TV and board games. Spare fridge if required.
• Fully equipped kitchen, all brand-new appliances. Spacious 529L stainless steel fridge, electric cooktop & oven, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso Coffee Machine and Milk Frother, Delonghi Kettle and Toaster
• Dining room and Living room both boast wall-mounted 55” Sony 4K Ultra HD Smart TVs with Soundbars
• Both large bedrooms, Dining Room and Living Room all feature quiet DC Ceiling fans with remote control.
• Large Fujitsu Reverse Cycle Air Conditioner mounted on back wall of Dining Room keeping the house cool in summer and warm in winter. This is the only air-conditioning in the house and is complimented with ceiling fans and a Dyson freestanding floor fan
• Laundry fully equipped with brand new Washing Machine and Dryer, brand-new Iron and Ironing board, as well as Dyson Stick-Vac.
• Both the Main Bathroom and Ensuite feature Heated Towel rails
• Outdoor Entertaining Area has a Ziegler & Brown Triple Ziggy BBQ with spare gas bottles available. This BBQ has additional plates and grills and a wok to cater for your cooking requirements

Off street parking available for multiple vehicles in the driveway or a boat trailer. The house is all on one level, with a small step up to the deck at the front of the house and slight step down to outdoor entertaining area out the back.
