Sleeps 6 people, can accommodate up to 10, extra fee for additional guests more than 6 guests. 2 bedrooms with bunk beds, each with their own closets. Master bedroom with queen bed, closet and baby crib. Sectional in living room turns into a bed for additional guests. Coloring books, and some children's toys available for children's enjoyment. Large deck for families to enjoy nature. Hiking trails, beach and fishing down the street. Fridge, stove, microwave and Keurig available for guest use. Cell phone booster in cottage and good reception service when at the lake. Blue ray DVD with many kids and adult DVDs for your enjoyment. Firepit area with burning wood for bonfires outside.
