Saint Aidans is perfectly located across the road from the north botanical gardens and Lake Wendouree. Featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and offering a rear deck overlooking an English garden. It is a 3 minute drive to all Wendouree shops and train station. All major Ballarat attractions including Ballarat Art Gallery, Sovereign Hill, restaurants and cafes vary from a 5 minute walk to an easy 10 minute drive. This home is very peaceful and superbly equipped with smart TVs and 300MB Wifi in all bedrooms inc all streaming services.

The home is fully renovated, with off street parking in a superb location right on the the botanical gardens and Lake Wendouree. Close to all Lake Wendouree based farmers markets, car shows, festivals, music concerts, Begonia festival, rowing, riding and running competitions, super markets and train station. The nearby Ballarat Aquatics & Lifestyle Centre is a superbly appointed gym with pools. Great for the kids!

You will have access to the whole home and gardens. The home is fully renovated with new beds, furniture and cooking utensils etc. The home is very cozy and toasty warm in summer and has fans for summer. A lovely easy experience.

A beautiful weekend getaway.

This was my first time staying in the area & had no idea how beautiful it was. And probably wouldn't have experienced it had we not stayed in this house. It is in such a perfect location to walk around & experience the magic of Lake Wendouree. The house was very clean & beautifully decorated. We had a few extra questions prior to check in & the communication was quick & helpful. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

We had an incredible experience during our stay! Phillip truly went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and enjoyment. Our young daughter was delighted by the ducks near the property and the fun games provided. Unfortunately, we accidentally left our blender behind, which we needed for our daughter's smoothies. However, Phillip demonstrated exceptional kindness by promptly sending it to us in Melbourne through Aus Post. We are absolutely thrilled with our experience and will unquestionably return to this amazing property. We highly recommend both the accommodation and the wonderful host, Phillip.

Fabulous Easter long weekend

This is the second time we've stayed at this property and it was just as gorgeous as we remembered. Comfortable beds, excellent kitchen and the back deck is magical. Location is fantastic for lake walks and shops, thanks for a great stay!

Gorgeous house, perfect location

The house is gorgeously styled and in a perfect location just metres from the lake. The property owner/manager was terrific to deal. We really enjoyed the deck and backyard - perfect area for the parents to relax and kids to play.

BEST PROPERTY EVER

This is a GEM of a place. Beautifully decorated, very functional, very clean and a great location just across from Lake Wendouree. The host had thought of everything. There were clear instructions on everything, lovely coffee and board games for adults and children. All the beds were very comfortable and TVs very new. Perfect for family with two children plus grandparents. Outside porch area well set up also. Could not fault it. 10 out of 10.

This property is just in the best location! Opposite the north botanic gardens, and one house off the lake side. Many of Ballarat's festivals, bands and sporting events occur right near here. The home is a few minutes from the train station and has a tourist tram stop only a few meters away - this is fun and can take you to the botanic gardens and a restaurant / coffee shop. A variety of beautiful walks are within minutes reach. Plus you are near major supermarkets, retail district and most of the great things Ballarat has to offer! Enjoy.
