JASMINE VILLA ist 1400 Quadratmeter groß und befindet sich im zweiten Stock und hat eine sehr große, übergroße, möblierte Veranda in den Grace Bay Beach Ocean Villas (ehemals Atlantic Ocean Beach Villas).

Grace Bay Beach Ocean Villas (ehemals Atlantic Ocean Beach Villas) ist dank unserer einzigartigen Villen, freundlichem Personal, idyllischer Lage und unübertroffenem Service seit vielen Jahren der erste Platz auf TripAdvisor. Wir bieten 5-Sterne-Service zu einem Bruchteil der Kosten!

Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett und ein eigenes Bad. Das zweite Schlafzimmer verfügt über zwei Einzelbetten und ein eigenes Bad.

Es gibt eine moderne, voll ausgestattete Küche mit Herd und Backofen, Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank mit Eismaschine und ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit zwei Schlafsofas, die sich in Zustellbetten öffnen lassen. . Es gibt eine Sonnenterrasse mit Blick auf den Poolbereich. Eine zentrale Klimaanlage, unbegrenzter WLAN-Internetzugang, Ortsgespräche und tägliche frische Handtücher sowie die Entfernung von Abfällen mit einem kompletten Reinigungsservice unter der Woche erfolgt ohne Aufpreis.

Die Jasmine Villa liegt inmitten tropischer Landschaftsgärten neben dem zentral gelegenen Pool. Es gibt Zugang zum Strand von der Villa, die nur wenige Schritte von unserem privaten Strand am Atlantik entfernt ist. Unsere Straße ist eine "schmale", nicht gewerbliche Sandstraße. Es ist keine viel befahrene Straße, in der sich eine Sackgasse befindet. Es gibt nur 7 weitere Wohnhäuser. In einem Tag werden möglicherweise nicht mehr als 10-15 andere Autos darauf gefahren. Sie würden die schmale Straße überqueren, um "durch unser eigenes direktes Anwesen am Strand" zu gehen. Ein exklusiver Terrassensteinweg und ein Pfad wurden für Sie angelegt, um Sie durch unsere üppige karibische Vegetation zu führen. Der Weg entlang dieses Weges ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang von 150 Fuß und führt Sie direkt zu unserem schönen Strand und dem Atlantik. Sobald Sie ankommen, finden Sie Sonnenliegen, Stühle und Tische mit Blick auf den Strand und das Meer, die Sie nach Belieben nutzen können. Da das Wohnzimmer in Jasmine Villa über 2 Schlafsofas verfügt, die geöffnet werden können und zu Zustellbetten werden können, kann die Villa tatsächlich bis zu 8 Personen beherbergen.

Provenceal , Caicos, January at Grace Villas

Grace Villas is a charming property across the beach road in a quiet area just east of Smith Reef, within short walking distance of restaurants and bars at Turtle Cove Marina. The villas have private beach access, about a 50 yard walk, and they include beach chairs and umbrellas. Simple andRelaxing. The Villa was comfortable for 4 adults. Small things - Bedroom lacked a dresser, and the living had no blinds (so not sure how you sleep in there - check ahead of time). We used grill outside. Food is expensive on small island. We used taxi service instead of renting a car and that worked for low key vacation. Note, the property is for sale, and priced for someone to build on beachfront. Hooefully they find an innkeeeper who want so to maintain the charm.

It is a very pleasant stay at the Jasmine villa, entire second floor two bedroom apartment overlooking the pool. Daily room cleaning services and property manager Luz is very responsive and attentive. We definitely will come back again.

10 Year Anniversary

Our stay was excellent! Luz was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The beach was right across the street and a there is a great reef for snorkeling a little walk down the beach. If you want to stay where there are no crowds, this place is perfect! Pools were refreshing and it is a very fair price for the location. Thank you

Excellent Villa

We loved staying at the Jasmine Villa. Location is ideal for peace and quiet yet close to many things. 5 min to IGA supermarket, close walk to beach. Hosts and Luz were great to communicate with. A few times the water pressure was low but that’s beyond their control. Having AC was a plus as it does get pretty hot. We will definitely return. THANK YOU!!

The property was dated It stated a dishwasher there was none tvs in bedroom none the grills were broken At one time in its heyday this was the place but not now I would stay on the other side where the resorts are. The restaurants near by shark bite mango were great. We personally would not return but if you snorkel and like extreme quiet this is the place. The villas also had a for sale sign in front of them.

Lovely experience

The property is in a lovely setting and true to description just a quick walk to the beach. Our party felt like we were in a very good location to other beaches, shopping and grocery stores. We grocery shopped at IGA and could find everything we needed - be prepared as groceries are a bit higher than what they seem in states- however it wasn't like sticker shock. Had a great time with friends at this property.

As advertised, this place has a beautiful and mostly empty beach. The accomodations were ideal. We had a large screen porch which made a perfect place to enjoy the morning and evening breezes when we were not on the beach. We shall return!!

Wonderful stay

We enjoyed our stay at the villa. The property and villa are beautiful. The housekeeper was really nice and cleaned each day and brought new towels. Unfortunately the concierge never got back to us about the beach umbrellas that didn’t work. We later found a working umbrella. Otherwise it’s a short walk to the beach which is quiet and relaxing. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Great Escape!!

My husband and I usually stay at resorts when traveling out of county, but this time we decided to rent a villa, well I did. It was a fabulous decision! The property is very tranquil, allowing you to escape the madness of the world, and it is a VERY SHORT walk along a lovely path to the amazing turquoise hues of the ocean. The beach felt wonderfully secluded, and small reefs, with beautiful marine life, can be found just a few feet into the water. This little piece of paradise will not disappoint!

We had a FANTASTIC time!! The location was great, lovely beach access and the house was perfect for our group. If one needs 3 separate bedrooms this is just 2 bedrooms and a living space (which sleeps 4). Would highly recommend getting a car. Explored the beaches: Taylor, Sapodilla and Long Bay. All beautiful!! We went snorkeling with Island Vibes which was also excellent!! Favorite food stops: Coco Van ( rec fish tacos, macaroni and cheese balls and churros), Caicos Bakery, Bugaloos (can dine right on the sand). We heard the glass bottom kayaks were amazing and had signed up but got canceled due to the tides. Only recommendations would be for the villa to provide portable beach chairs to take to the other beaches but that’s it. We’d definitely come back!!

Jasmine delivers as promised

Our first stay at this villa, and we had a wonderful week. Our party was 6, with 2 teens, who slept on the huge pull out sofas. Nice and close to the beach, one surprise was that there is a beautiful reef about 150 yards directly off shore. A real plus! The villa is clean, well maintained and spacious, the grounds are meticulously kept. This is a place to recommend and return to. Which we will. One request: Since we were here in summer, the gorgeous porch was practically unusable. If would be nice if there were a ceiling fan over the sitting area and another over the table. Thanks for a great week!

Wow! What an amazing stay!!!

I can’t even begin to say how much we enjoyed staying here. Everything was perfect and we would love to stay here again. A 2 bedroom villa with two queen size pullout beds in the common area allowed 4 adults and 1 child to sleep comfortably every night. The screened in balcony patio was a very nice surprise and bonus, as we chose to sit outside to enjoy the night air and tranquility quite often. I have only the highest recommendation for this listing and will gladly stay here again. One note regarding the address for Jasmine Villa, which is this listing, is that it is located at 15 Coconut Road, not 10 Coconut Road. We missed the signage at the gate and proceeded to #10. A truly lovely property with close proximity to the beach, dining, the fish fry, and so much more.

Everything we thought it’d be!

We stayed in the Jasmine Villa and it was exactly what we expected. Spacious, comfortable and well furnished. It was great to get fresh towels every day. The location is absolutely perfect. Just a short walk to the beach/ocean and also a short walk to the marina with several amazing restaurant choices. It was very convenient and fun to snorkel all along the beach/Smith’s Reef and it was amazing. We saw just as much if not more than on our boat excursions- sea turtles, stingray, eagle rays to name a few. The chairs and umbrellas were convenient and we loved the screened in porch. Would definitely stay here again. Only negatives were the washer machine was broken and although the floors looked clean upon our arrival - our feet were dirty after a few minutes of walking around barefoot so we wore our flip flops all week. Would recommend this villa for sure!

Peaceful getaway

This is our second time at jasmine villa and everything was wonderful once again. The house manager Luz is a sweet woman who is super kind and helpful. The owners response to any questions we had was prompt and accommodating. The wrap around enclosed porch has dining and also chairs that allowed us to dine outside and relax for happy hour. It’s very spacious and clean. We rode the bikes to the hotels/shopping area, smith’s reef, and to the harbor. So fun and functional. Kids swam in the pool at night and grilled us dinner. We didn’t use the kayaks but was surprised how many there were available. We walked to dinner every night, walked to chartered fishing excursion, walked to scooter Bobs rental car to explore island a few days. The beach is private and pristine and a great reef for snorkeling is literally right in front of beach chairs. The beach is right across the street and is short pleasant walk on path. I want to go back now and I know we will again. Highly recommend!!!

Great villa and location but it is a 2 bedroom, not a 3 bedroom.

We booked this villa based on the location and the need for 3 bedrooms. The listing stated 3 bedrooms that sleeps 6-8. There are only 2 bedrooms and 2 pull out couches in the living room in Jasmine Villa. We had three couples in our party. At the last minute, one couple tested positive for COVID and could not join us. I don't know what we would have done if they had been there. I thought I was losing it and just made it mistake. I went back and looked at it and did a screen shot to prove to the rest of our crew that it did indeed say 3 bedrooms. The villa is great, spacious, clean, with easy access to a super quiet beautiful beach. We loved it. BUT, it is a 2 bedroom villa, not a 3 bedroom as listed.

Great Location!

This property is very near Smith’s reef where my family snorkeled with sea turtles and lots of other marine life. The private beach is beautiful with clear turquoise water and a long stretch of sandy beach. Luz, the concierge, was absolutely delightful and takes great pride in the property! Property is exactly as pictured. The outdoor space looks out over lush greenery. I would have enjoyed a fan on the patio to make the space more comfortable. Note that the washing machine is not IN the unit, but is located near the pool and shared by the other units. With the humidity so high on the island, we found that clothes did not dry fully on the clothesline. Luz did offer to put our clothes in her dryer, but we did not want to impose. Next time we know to bring more clothes so as not to rely on doing laundry. The beds were very comfortable, and the A/C worked very well. Overall, this is a great property, and we would absolutely stay here again! We are already looking at dates for a return trip!

Perfect Stay!

We vacationed with our family of 5 from upstate NY and had an amazing week. Location was ideal for beach and snorkeling days. We are divers also, so I wanted to be right off Smiths Reef on our non diving days. We saw multiple turtles, all sizes, a group of 3 sting rays and another group of 2, as well as tons of fish and lobsters. The beach is an easy walk from the villa with chairs and umbrellas. We had a beautiful screened in porch in our Jasmine villa with a large table on one side and patio furniture on the other. Morning coffee and breakfast were lovely on the porch. A couple mornings we took out the kayaks in the channel out back behind the villa that leads into Turtle Cove and took the bikes to the coffee shop another morning. We ate at Mango Reef and Shark Bite which are both within walking distance but we drove to both. The food at both was fantastic! Hemingway’s restaurant was also amazing! We dove with Caicos Adventures for the second time and had a great experience again. Lots of sharks! We also did a full day with M&J Charters to fish but did not luck out with any fish but thoroughly enjoyed our day with Ross and AJ. I would highly recommend staying at this property and would most definitely stay again.

Great experience!

This was the first time we haven't stayed on a resort property and it was a great experience. We arrived later than expected and Luz was there to greet us. We used their recommended transportation, Gloria’s Taxi. She picked us up from the airport and did a quick grocery store run on the way to the villa which was all very smooth. There are 4 restaurants (Baci, Sharkbite, Mango Reef were all so good. Didn't try Simone's) and a coffee shop within walking distance. We also ended up renting a car from Scooter Bob's (also walking distance), which you can rent by the day. We used it to travel to Grace Bay and Taylor Bay/Chalk Sound - both nice and different from our area. Taylor Bay in particular was "hoppin" and had food/bar/jetskis, etc. We found a great little restaurant/bar on the beach on the edge of Grace Bay about a 20-30 minute beach walk. I think you could walk along Grace Bay as well, but probably not doable for little kids. The beach is a short walk across a quiet little road and it is absolutely beautiful! You can walk about 15 minutes down the road/beach to Smiths Reef which was calm and gorgeous! We used the snorkeling equipment almost daily. There were 5 snorkels, masks, and fins (although one mask was broken). A great benefit so we didn't have to bring our own! We didn't use the bikes but there were lots of them. Also 2 kayaks for the canal which was cute and peaceful. The pool was also very nice. There were 2 other families there, but plenty of chairs and ability to spread out. We were in the Jasmine Villa and it was big enough for our family - kids age 20, 17, 13. Besides the queen bedroom, 2 twins in a bedroom with a bathroom, and 2 pullouts in the family room. There is a TV with Netflix, and other streaming. Also a great corner, wraparound screened in porch which was perfect for morning coffee and evening dinner, games, etc. Great area to walk, gorgeous views, and just so peaceful! We were there at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, and locals were saying the island had about 1/2 the people as normal at this time of year. We also ended up leaving 2 days early. We were scheduled for a mangrove kayak tour which we had to cancel, but Turks Aqua Adventures was great about that! They were in constant communication with us about it and refunded our money 100%. I highly recommend the Grace Bay Beach Villas. We had a great spring break vacation! Thank you!
