3. Guest Limitations: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Unauthorized guests, parties, or events will result in fines and eviction.

4. Occupancy Rules: Each room has a standard and a maximum occupancy, which may differ. Any guests beyond the standard occupancy will incur an additional fee. The website will automatically apply this fee if your booking exceeds the standard occupancy. For more details, feel free to contact us.

Great for large groups!

Stayed here with five other girls for Spring Break, the location is perfect -- very close to Bourbon Street and French Quarter, but also not loud at night and the perfect place to come back to after a long day. The place itself is exactly like the pictures, and the kitchen was very well equipped. Great for large groups!

Beautiful place on a VERY LOUD streetcar line

The facilities were beautiful and comfortable. They had everything we needed including soaps, shampoos, & detergents (laundry too). Location was good, convenient, but not on a busy thoroughfare. There was one very odd thing. The refrigerator door opened the wrong way. (into the brick wall). They paid attention to many details in this place, but clearly missed out on this aspect. Also, the windows are the original paper-thin-single pane-HUGE windows. Some city noise is expected. And honestly, was fine. Even the occasional ambulance/firetruck. However, The original streetcar from 1906 goes by in front of this place. Even though the apt was on the 3rd floor, it honestly sounded like a 747 was going to land on top of us. IT WAS SO LOUD! It scared the bejesus out of us the first time we heard it. It must be the way it echoed off of the building. The only saving grace was that in the middle of the night, it only came by 2 or 3 times. Additionally, people talking on the street sounded like they were shouting into our windows. Again, acoustics. Fortunately, it wasn't a busy thoroughfare for foot traffic. Additionally, the blinds provided little light filtering and the bedrooms were filled with light from the street at night. If you're looking for dark quiet bedrooms, this place isn't for you. But if you can sleep through anything, check it out. The beds were actually really really comfortable.
