Best view

This condo has probably the best view in the whole building very clean , well equipped with everything needed and more .My family loved it !

Place is in dire need of an update

The place is very tired, many areas on need of repair. It doesn’t look like it has had a deep cleaning in a long time. For that reason it was not comfortable to us. Great location and lots of potential but it’s in a very poor state.

Very dissapointed......

So I have to admit, our expectations for this property were high. The pictures look incredible as there is lots of glass and you are in the best location in the building. Everything is white and bright.Great view of the ocean and the pool as the unit is on the 4th floor so you get to see everything. Pros -Location in building -4 bedrooms -2 floors so good for groups of 8 -Lots of room for dinning( big round table that seats 8 inside and outside. -Elevator was very quick. - pool is really nice ( needs more lounge chairs) Cons -building is not a great location in Playa( a ways from everything) -Air conditioning broken in main bedroom first night( fixed the next day) -dishwasher broken when we arrived (fixed the next day but maintenance worker didn't attach to counter so every time we went to use it, it fell out.... fixed the next day -black mold in main bedroom shower (didn't touch it) - 1 card key provided for 8 people.... they said that is what the owner wanted.... I said that was crazy and complained to our Bric management company and the next day they gave us the code to the condo door???? Not sure why that wasn't given to us the first day? -Beds were okay.... very hard ( more of personal preference) -condo not kept up.... obviously Bric doesn't do their job. We would not return again.... to many other choices

Playa Condo

We had a great time and enjoyed our stay. Great view for sunrise. Enjoyed the pool and workout room. It’s so great to have ocean access and the Oceanside bar is fun. Our only issues were that the dishwasher was not operating properly and the hot tub on the penthouse deck was cold and was not fixed. After looking at other reviews it appears it has been broken for awhile.
