Minutes from Base Village, the central location of this home makes it a great choice at a great value. The hot tub area and exterior deck is private and guests are sure to enjoy the kitchen fully stocked with renters in mind. The Space:

Upon arrival, there is one parking spot for guest's use right in front of the property. There is a small set of stairs going down to the entrance. The entryway is on the main level of the home with the open concept living area, dining area, and kitchen and has a balcony exit. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 bedrooms downstairs from the main living area. the upstairs bedrooms share a full bathroom and the downstairs bedrooms share a full bathroom. The home has great views and a private hot tub area that can be best accessed from the main living area balcony door by the dining table.



The TV is an Apple TV.



We stock the home with soaps-

Bathrooms have hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash.

Laundry has laundry detergent

Kitchen has hand soap, dish soap, and dishwasher detergent.



We stock the home with paper products lit toilet paper & paper towels



We have a housecleaning team that does a hotel style clean 2-3/week



We provide white clean linens and towels for our renters.



Our homes are immaculate and professionally cleaned.



We are available to schedule services such as airport pick up and drop off, pre-arrival grocery delivery, and cake ordering for birthdays or special occasions.



Guest Access:

The whole home is available for guest use except one owners closet, but all bedroom closets are available for guest use.



Interaction with Guests:

I am available for questions or concerns throughout the stay. I follow the guest's lead, but am always ready to help.
