● Beach Access: Less than a 5 minute drive from the beaches at the Seawall.

● Rent Beach Box: Beach gear rentals are available! Ask us for details and rates.

● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.

● Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed

● Parking: There is room for 2 cars in the driveway, and 1 on the street.

This charming 3-bedroom cottage offers an open living area perfect for family gatherings. The master bedroom with a queen-sized bed and ensuite bathroom is located at the back end of the house and offers privacy. Two bedrooms provide flexibility: one with a queen bed and another with a twin bunk bed.

Just a 5-minute drive away awaits the fun of the Galveston Seawall and beach. Explore the shops and restaurants of The Strand District, also a quick 5-minute drive. This central location puts you close to everything Galveston has to offer, making it ideal for your next escape.

● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.

● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 8 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
