Kachel überall! Unsere Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und dekoriert und fühlt sich wie zu Hause, sobald Sie durch die Tür gehen. Es umfasst 891 Quadratmeter Wohnfläche, 1 Hauptschlafzimmer mit einem bequemen Kingsize-Bett, ein Etagenbett für 2 Personen, 2 Badezimmer mit Granit-Arbeitsplatte und Fliesen, eine große Küche mit allen Annehmlichkeiten von zu Hause, so dass Sie Mahlzeiten zubereiten können wenn Sie wünschen, und einen großen Balkon mit einer herrlichen Aussicht auf den Ozean. Unser Objekt liegt auf der 12. Etage und verfügt über Annehmlichkeiten wie Kabel-TV, Waschmaschine, Trockner, und im Folgenden aufgeführt. Es gibt viel Platz, so dass Sie sich nicht beengt.

STRANDSTUHL SETUPS ($ 250 wöchentlich Wert) werden ohne Kosten März bis Oktober inklusive.

We show up to the room and there is blonde hair all over the floor and fake eyelashes.. not a good start, then the teenager boys running around the pool disturbing everyone and soaking them on purpose even the small infant after the parents and other guest asked them to stop the security guard wasn’t even going to say a word until was asked to, so don’t go to the pool or hot tub to relax it won’t happen, you will also have to wait a very long time for the elevator or a luggage cart, good luck. However with all that being said the check is was good, the owner was easy to talk with and made booking easy, the room was nice and had a good view, and the beach chair service was nice (even tho they would try to take you chair when you got up and you had to request them to put it back was a bit annoying) but overall love Panama!

Relaxing Family Vacation

We stayed for 1 week June 25th-July1st. Using the elevators is a pain at times, but that's no fault of the owner. Condo was clean and the view from the balcony was spectacular. The beach chairs that was included was very convenient! We will definitely be back!!

Perfect view!

Great view of the beach and nice setup for small family. Tv in the master bedroom did not work but that’s the only issue. Check in was seamless and parking was not crowded. The host was super helpful when needed would definitely stay here again. Make sure you bring the small necessities like hand soaps for the bathrooms and dish soap (we forgot lol)

Very enjoyable!

Me, my husband, and 2 kids (4 and 9) had a great time. Kids loved the bunk beds and the sand toys provided in the laundry room. We also enjoyed the chairs and umbrella that was provided daily! Great view from the balcony.

Great getaway

The two stars at check in- We arrived at check in at 4:55pm and the person working very rudely let me know I was a late check in and could not get my parking pass or wrist bands until the next day, she was closing. I rushed to ask what time they reopened in the morning and if my vehicle would be towed. Very short clipped answers. Hours of the gift shop are 9-5, which is where the check in is located. After emailing our host, I was assured that we would be fine and could walk around and go to the pools until we could check in. Very fast response, thank you for that. This condo was just what we needed as a family of four. The bed was so comfortable. The kids enjoyed all the pools and I enjoyed the beach chairs. We will be staying here again.

We enjoyed our stay, the condo was very nice.

I gave the check in process 2 stars because it took a long time to get an elevator (30 minutes) just to get up to our room. A couple times we had to walk up the steps (12 flights). Nice property for the kids.

Wonderful place!

The condo was wonderful! It was clean, great location, on the beach, it was just what our family needed! Check-in was a breeze and down on the beach they reserved the same 2 chairs and an umbrella for us everyday that we was there. The one and only complaint I have is the elevators. A 20 story condo should have more than 2 elevators, but I guess that’s more of a design flaw. But overall it was wonderful and we would definitely stay there again!

I thoroughly enjoyed the condo and the amazing view of the beach from the balcony. The only complaint I had were the elevators because there were to many guests using it. So, there were delays. I will be using this property again but I will ask for an earlier check-in.

Nice Place

Overall, it's a very nice place. The condo is very nice although the kitchen was not well cleaned before our stay. There was dried milk all over the fridge shelves and an open drink in the freezer. The countertops could have also been cleaner. My biggest complaints though are the extremely long walk from the condo to the parking garage and the very long wait for one of only two elevators that have to service 23 floors. We really enjoyed many of the resort features though and would return to this condo again.

Nice condo with great location.

The Splash resort has nice condos in a great location. The lazy river,pool, and hot tub are also a plus. This was our first visit to the gulf coast and we really enjoyed the ocean and white sand beaches. We are looking forward to our next visit to this area.

Perfect getaway with a breathtaking view

The king size bed was super comfortable! Plenty of extra towels, linens, and pillows. Very spacious suite. The amentities at the resort were awesome too. My kids loved the hot tub and water play structure with slides. This condo came with two beach chairs which were a life saver! We didnt have to haul our beach chairs and umbrella everyday to the beach. Awesome 4th of July show & AMAZING memories!

Perfect place to stay for families with young kids!

I normally dislike PCB. Too much commercialism, too many people crowded into one space, not enough beach. I came to chaperone a group in another condo for spring break thinking I would suffer through having my 5 &7 years old in tow. Man was I wrong. This property is at the end of PCB very close to Laguna Beach. Much more beach here, way less traffic and no "partiers". The condo was perfect, very clean and big for a 1 bedroom. We could have slept 6 easily. Loved my quiet alone time on the balcony in the morning. Washer & dryer in the condo was great, no damp bathing suits or hanging towels from the balcony. Heated pools were so nice! Chair service was the bomb! Not having to carry chairs in/out .. yes please! The elevators were slow on the weekends but not bad at all during the week. I also want to give a shout out to the owner, Judy. Incredible to work with. Friendly & responsive. Made booking our trip stress-free. My only suggestions to improve the stay at 1205 would be a better WiFi router (no more than 1 bar ever which was troubling because I had to work one day) and a new shower head. Oh and plastic plates for the little ones. I was a nervous wreck with ceramic plates surrounded by granite and tile. LOL!

Needs a good cleaning!

Overall, this unit needs a good deep cleaning. Upon check in we checked out the unit to find dirty sheets. There were brown spots in the the middle of the bed and side of the bed. We contacted the property manager and were told these were burns on the sheets. Threw them in the wash and they came clean! There was dust hanging on the wall in the bedroom and off the ceiling fan. The bedroom ceiling fan didn't work. Nice place, but dirty. Wouldn't stay here again.

Beautiful views, everything exactly as advertised! Awesome 4th of July show

This condo was awesome. Wonderful family vacation with everything you need. Grab some coffee, sandwiches and you're all set! Shaved ice, many excellent foodie locations nearby, Amores donuts - Dusty's million dollar bar. Did I say beautiful? Water is like a bath, clear to the bottom. Loved it.

We were there with our 3 children for 8 days. There was a tropical storm while we were there but there was still plenty to do. We were there with 10 other families and we all had a great time.

We love Panama City Beach. Our seven years old son loves playing on the white sand beach and finding sea shells. We purchased this beautiful condo in August 2013 after much researching and looking. We take pride in making this condo our 'home away from home'. We hope our friends and guests love and enjoy this condo as much as we do.

The resort is a place that can be enjoyed by everyone in the family! Parents can relax the sun, stretch out in comfy white sand, or take a swim in the warm ocean. They can enjoy themselves as well in our adult pool, Jacuzzi and a state of the art fitness room or relax at the poolside bar and grill, while the kids have the time of their lives playing in the pool, arcade & meeting new friends! Our unit is beautifully decorated and has a warm, enjoyable feeling that will have you not wanting to leave!

There is no other place like it in Panama City Beach. Splash has been featured in several magazines including the June 2008 issue of 'Southern Living.' The June 2007 'Florida Travel & Lifestyles' ranks Splash in their list of top 15 new beach resorts. Their August 2007 issue names Splash among the top 15 luxury family vacation spots. It's a place where Mom and Dad can soak up the sun, stretch out in velvety white sand and smell the salty breeze, while the kids are busy having the time of their lives. Splash offers two distinctive water park environments and even an arcade with a mini bowling alley!
