2) Our home accommodates up to 8 GUESTS. Please no extra guests, including daytime visitors and overnight guests.

3) Enjoy a SMOKE/VAPE-FREE home environment. Smoking/Vaping is not allowed inside the house or within 15 feet of any open door.

4) Our home is SHOE-FREE to keep the dirt away.

5) Please NO PETS.

6) Out of respect for our neighbors and delicate desert environment, please keep noise at a minimum. Quiet time is between 9 p.m. and 9 a.m.

7) Up to 3 VEHICLES are allowed on the property.
