◦ There’s no street parking; you must park only in the cottage’s four car driveway
◦ Fires are only permitted in the firepit at the lakefront
◦ The forest is an off-leash area where you must keep your pet under control and 100 feet away from private properties
◦ In all other community property, pets must be leashed and owners are responsible for “scooping up” after their pets
◦ No hunting or discharge of firearms is allowed
