Located in the most convenient North Chattanooga location. Ride you bike to a multitude of local coffee shops, boutiques, eateries, etc. A short 5 min drive to Coolidge Park and Aquarium. Community has sidewalk and lots of folks walking dogs, riding bikes and such.
✔ No smoking or open flames in the home.
✔ No drug use.
✔ No parties or unapproved guests. (Text for approval.)
✔ No shoes in the house.
✔ Quiet Hours 10 pm – 7 am
✔ Please put furniture back where you found it.

A $75 pet fee will be requested after booking for one well-behaved dog under 40 lbs. See house rules for details.
✔ Must be 40 lbs or under, fully house-trained, and non-aggressive.
✔ Dogs must be leashed at all times outdoors.
✔ No excessive barking or behavior that disturbs neighbors.
✔ No pets on furniture or beds (unless using your own protective cover).
✔ Pets must not be left unattended unless crated.
✔ Please clean up after your pet—inside and outside.
✔ Additional cleaning or damage fees may be charged if pet rules are not followed.
