Escape to Bougainvillea Tropical Bungalows, a serene retreat near the ocean! You’ll have access to all three units during your stay.

Unit 1 is a spacious two-story bungalow featuring a king bed on the second floor and a single-size sofa bed on the first floor, along with two full bathrooms. Enjoy entertainment on two Smart TVs, one located in the kitchen and the other in the bedroom.

Unit 2 is another two-story bungalow, offering a queen bed upstairs and a single-size sofa bed downstairs. This unit also includes two full bathrooms and two Smart TVs, one in the living room and one in the bedroom for added convenience.

Unit 3 is a cozy single-level bungalow featuring two full-size beds and one full bathroom. A Smart TV is mounted near the beds, making it easy to unwind after a day of exploring.

Each bungalow is equipped with its own air conditioning unit and a fully stocked kitchen with a refrigerator, ice dispenser, microwave, blender, stove, drip coffee maker, and water dispenser.

Step outside and enjoy the beautiful outdoor spaces, including a refreshing pool, a main ranch with a dining table for eight, and a secondary ranch with comfortable seating for six. Relax on one of four sun loungers and take in the tropical surroundings.

With convenient beach access and a prime location near downtown, our Tropical Bungalows provide the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure.

Potrero divides into two main areas. From the Flamingo area in the south, you'll enter a neighborhood (small residential development) called Surfside. It runs from the beach just inland. Following your way, you'll get to Potrero Bay. You can find many fabulous restaurants, stores, the Costa Rica Sailing Center, and even breweries. The new Marina in Flamingo is minutes away. To the north, you will encounter Potrero's local town, which is similar to all of Costa Rica's traditional beach towns: a soccer field, school, church, smaller homes, sodas (local restaurants), and a few essential grocery stores (pulperías). The town is near beaches Playa Penca and Playa Prieta, and further north you will find the enchanting Las Catalinas Town, which has access to astonishing beaches like Playa Danta and Dantita.

- IMPORTANT: Parties and events are strictly prohibited.
- Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $1,500. We understand accidents happen, so we've got your back! However, if we determine damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself.
- We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1500.00, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
*Important* If you are a Costa Rica resident booking with a local credit card, you will get charged IVA from your bank automatically aside from the AirBNB tax and will need to handle this directly with your bank. This is a separate localized fee that is done automatically outside of AirBNB.
-The owner lives on the property but will not disturb you during your stay, his apartment is separate from the units you have access to.
-Traveling with little ones? We have a pack-n-play available on a first come, first served basis for $10/night. To ensure availability and have the pack-n-play set up and ready for your arrival, please let us know in advance if you'd like to rent it.
