- NOTE: Safety of all occupants matters. This property features 2 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is located on the front door facing the front entry and parking area. Camera 2 is on the rear of the property near the lake facing the back exterior of the home. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video and audio when activated by motion.

ACCESSIBILITY:
Main floor access through garage or front door. Secondary access through the lower unit. Staircase to lower unit can be found on the West side of the garage.

PARKING:
Right garage (1 vehicle) or right side of driveway (1 vehicle and 1 trailer max) **LOWER UNIT**
Left garage (1 vehicle) or left side if driveway (1 vehicle and 1 trailer max) **UPPER UNIT**
Disclosure: If the owner is utilizing one of the vacant units during a period, tenants will be instructed on parking.

SECURITY:
Exterior cameras are mounted for security and management operations. These cameras are monitored 24/7 by the management company and owners.

QUIET HOURS:
Alexandria rental requirements have established a 10:00 PM-7:00 AM noise restriction.
