➤ As part of the building rules, we kindly ask guests to send soft copies of their passports before the check-in date. This is necessary to ensure a smooth check-in with the building front desk.

★ Check out Reminder★
Standard check-out time is no later than 11:00 AM. If guests delay the cleaners from beginning their cleaning at the predetermined check-out time, guests will be charged AED 150 per hour applies from 11am up until 1 pm, after 1 pm guests will be charged AED 1000 for the late check-out and cleaning delay.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE OR ON THE BALCONY ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee of AED 3500 to AED 5000 for Odor removal, Duct Cleaning, and furniture cleaning.

➤Also, please remember to return the access cards in good condition when you check out. If a card gets lost, there will be a replacement fee of AED 500 per card.
