DONT NOT BOOK, YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED!!!!

Sadly the pictures on the website make the house look spacious and clean, and the reality is it’s the opposite. I’ve been messaging the host day prior and during our stay no response.The house is DIRTY! From the Bathroom, Tub, Towels, Comforter and the floors. I literally showered with my sandals on, I refused to be barefoot in that house.No iron in the house. We were supposed to have 6 people in that house, thank god we didn’t. They only had 1.5 rolls of toilet paper with no site of extra stock. The third bedroom and second bathroom took us forever to find. Neighborhood did not feel safe. Heard outdoor noise all night long. I am requesting VRBO and host for discount and they are yet to respond to me. The way the house was described is very deceptive. I would NOT book here!!

Not so excellent stay

Property was as advertised. Upon getting to the property my youngest and I needed to use the bathroom and that’s when we discovered no toilet paper in the main floor bathroom. I searched in a closet and then looked downstairs where I found a used roll in the downstairs bathroom. This was when I discovered that the downstairs bedroom smelled of cigarette smoke. I messaged the host about the lack of toilet paper and mentioned the smoke smell. I never received a response. As my oldest was unpacking their car, someone drove by and shot their gun in the air. I attempted to call the host immediately to alert them of the situation and was only able to leave a voicemail. We did not feel safe staying there and proceeded to book a hotel, as no number for vrbo could be located. I did not get a response from the host until the next morning when I realized I had left my toiletry bag at the property and I asked if I could return to pick it up. They said because I had the property until April 1, I was free to return when I needed. I thought this was a strange response, as I had informed them that we had left the property. Vrbo had requested that I connect with the host to request a refund, and the only response I received was a generic message about check out and did not address anything else. Very disappointing and stressful.
