✹ ADDITIONAL GUEST COST: For the cabin to fit the budget of all sizes, the base price is set for 2 guests. There is an extra charge of $15 per additional guest per night. Up to 10 total guests total - including children. All children over 2 will count towards the total guest count.

✹ PETS: A maximum of three dogs are permitted. We do not allow cats. The Pet fee is $150 for the first dog, $100 for the second pet, and $75 for the third. If you bring more than one pet, let us know, as we will have to send a request to pay $100 for the second pet and $75 for the 3rd pet. Please note that pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. Additional cleaning fees will be imposed if pets have been allowed on furniture or beds.

Other Things to Note:
The Towamensing Trails private community has a Lake, a beach, and a playground for you to enjoy only 5 mins from the house! The outdoor pool is only open during summer from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

All guests must be registered with the community and will be required to submit their license plates to us to get your vehicle's parking passes to use during your stay. The community office will issue vehicle tags and wristbands (8 maximum) for access to all the community amenities including the lake, beach, pool, arcade room, restaurant, trash site, etc. To guarantee access to the community amenities, guests need to book and submit the required information needed to get registered. This includes: The guest who booked's mailing address, cell phone number, all cars being parked, license plate numbers, and state registration. We need this information at least 3 days before the reservation starts. We can try our best to get you registered the day before (except on Sundays as the office is closed) but we can't guarantee it.

As there is no trash pick-up the community requires guests to dispose of their trash. This is not in our control. The dumpster station is located 6 minute drive from the property. Please drop off the trash upon checkout.

Early check-ins and late check-outs are available for a fee.

While we are not local, we are available every day between the hours of 7 am and 10 pm to help with messages sent through airbnb or by contacting our phones directly. We have support standing by locally for any issue that can come up.
