This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home combines charm with contemporary comforts, creating the perfect retreat for your vacation. Whether you’re coming for a sunny beach vacation, our fabulous nightlife, down-time before/after a cruise, or simply working remotely, this home has everything you will need within a couple miles.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by an open and inviting living space with a 72" Smart TV and showcases the home's unique design. The interior is tastefully furnished with a careful blend of furniture and modern accents, creating a stylish and comfortable environment.

Adjacent to the living space is a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, featuring top-of-the-line appliances, quartz countertops, and all the essentials for preparing delicious meals. The dining area is the perfect spot to enjoy a home-cooked feast or a casual breakfast. You can also chill out on our dining lounge with wet bar and wine fridge!

After a fun day of adventure, make your way into our bedrooms which are equipped with luxury bedding and provide you with the relaxation you need. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed with an ensuite bathroom, a sofa bed for extra sleeping space and 50" Smart TV. Both the 2nd bedroom and 3rd bedroom have a double-sized bed, 50" Smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom.

Step outside, and you'll find your private oasis. The backyard boasts a magnificent non-heated saltwater swimming pool, perfect for taking a refreshing dip or simply lounging on the sunbeds while soaking up the Florida sunshine. The spacious backyard is ideal for outdoor dining, offering a barbecue grill and a dining set where you can enjoy al fresco meals or sip your favorite cocktail.

I have full sets of sheets and duvets for all beds as well as extra towels for everyone - so you don't have to worry about that!

An ensuite washer and dryer, high-speed WiFi, and driveway spaces that can fit up to 6 cars are all provided during your stay!

Your pets are welcome to stay with you inside and out. Pet owners are asked to keep after their pet's waste and clean up messes in and out. Thanks!
