Gainesville is home to many different unique creatures, and this home is nestled near many various conservation areas! Specifically, we are surrounded by 3 UF conservation regions: Bat House Woods, Lake Alice, and DASH Course. While conservation is a wonderful effort, it does bring about some challenges with bugs. This home has an environmentally friendly pest control service provider who comes out regularly to perform inspections and treatments on the home to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. Your safety and comfort are our top priority, and we do everything we can to ensure that you will have a pest-free stay. Because of these circumstances, we are unable to offer a refund of any kind for pest sightings.
