- To ensure your comfort, we provide air conditioning units in the summer to keep the apartment cool. These are removed during cooler months to maintain energy efficiency.
- Hot Water: The property uses a boiler system that heats water on demand. It may take a moment for hot water to reach full temperature during peak usage or in colder weather. The boiler may reset temporarily if irregularities occur.
- Heating: The heating system operates automatically, activating when the temperature drops below 68°F and cycling off once the set temperature is reached. Since radiators don’t have individual controls, heat output cannot be manually adjusted. As outdoor temperatures decrease, the boiler runs more frequently to maintain comfort indoors.
