This property is ideal for families seeking temporary accommodation for a few months, perhaps while their house is repaired or remodeled. It’s also ideal for corporate stays for workers on medium to long-term assignments in the San Diego area.

Those working in the medical/military/education fields will find the home is conveniently located for local hospitals and universities. Or if you’re a family or group of friends looking for somewhere bright and modern to stay for a month or more, this house is ideal for you.

You’ll have access to the entire house and exclusive use of the 2 private parking spaces at the front. Your hosts want to ensure every day of your stay is relaxed and hassle-free, so you’ll be able to contact them via phone and can expect a swift and professional response to any inquiry. So if anything needs fixing, or you need supplies delivered, you know who to call!

FREQUENTLY-ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ)

• Can I check in early or check out late? We offer 1 PM early check-in or 1 PM late check-out for a small fee as we need to hire extra cleaners to expedite.

• Is my booking date available? If the listing is visible, your date is open. We have a 0% cancellation rate and promise a 100% refund if we ever cancel your reservation.

• Are pets allowed? Yes, pets are welcome! Let us know if you have special requests.

• How far is the home from specific locations? Use Google Maps with "Holly Ave, Imperial Beach, CA 91932" for accurate distances.

• What’s the check-in process? Self-check-in via lockbox or keypad. Instructions are sent at noon on your check-in day.

• Is night-time or same-day check-in allowed? Yes. Even when you book at 10 PM, we will automatically send you check-in instructions seconds after your booking.

• Can I host events? Yes, gatherings with low noise are allowed. Update your guest count and keep activities low noise. Message us if the guest count is over the platform limit. We can still allow extra guests for a small fee. Each visitor (a non-overnight guest) is counted as half a guest.

• How’s the home cleaned? Professionally cleaned with natural products.
