Our private three-bedroom, one-bathroom house has two queen beds in two of the rooms, and one twin bed in the third room, which also has a desk where you can catch up on emails.

The chic bathroom features modern design elements, including a sink, toilet, and shower. The bathroom cabinets offer ample storage space for your personal care items.

As soon as you step inside, you'll feel at ease in our spacious living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen.

The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, and cookware, and includes appliances such as a stove, oven, full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker.

In the event that any of the rules are not followed, there will be a corresponding fee to cover any necessary repairs, additional cleaning, and disturbances.

- Illegal activities, drugs, and any kind of commotion are not allowed on the property.
- No undeclared guests are allowed.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
- Do not leave the place excessively dirty.
- Please do not lose the keys or take them with you when you leave.
- Please declare if you will bring a pet and advise how many you will be bringing along. Building only allows cats and will incur a $50 per pet fee. Unauthorized bringing of pets is subject to a penalty. We kindly ask that pets are not left alone in the unit.
