✹ ADDITIONAL GUEST COST: The base price is set for 2 guests. There is an extra charge of $15 per additional guest per night. Up to 12 total guests total - including children. All children over 2 will count towards the total guest count.

✹ PETS: A maximum of three dogs are permitted. The Pet fee is $150 for the first dog and $125 for the second dog and $100 for the third dog. . If you bring 2 or 3 dogs let us know as we will have to send a request to pay those fees. Please note that pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. Additional cleaning fees will be imposed if pets have been allowed on furniture or beds.

Guest Access:
The guests have access to the entire house with the exception of the garage which is locked.

Getting Around:
You will need a car to access the house as well as all the community and area amenities. The lake is 2 miles away or about a 5-minute drive.

Other Things to Note:
We have Portable AC units in all 4 of the bedrooms. In general, the Poconos stays relatively cool due to the mountain air however if it ever does get unseasonable hot, we do have fans for the common areas. Although we have found that people generally spend their time outside of the cabin during the day in the summer months. The hot tub is open and available year-round. We use bromine instead of chlorine and sometimes when we balance the chemicals this can tint the water a bit on the green side. This is due to high mineral count in the water. This is not anything to avoid and safe to use.

We are available and checking the airbnb messages every day between 7am and 10pm. We prefer you keep all communication on the airbnb platform.
