This home has three levels, with 2 stairwells, one leading to the upper level and one leading to the basement. There are 3 stairs to enter the home.

Free Wifi (700+ MB speeds). Keyless Entry. Video recording system (Ring) has been installed at the front/back of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety, a TV in all bedrooms, a private Master suite in the basement with its own private entry as well as a Foosball table!

Main Level
The main level features a fully stocked Kitchen with a breakfast nook, a large Living and Dining Room and a half bath.
The stairs are to the right of entry way and a hallway will lead you to the Living Room Oasis. The Kitchen, Dining Room and Living Room are connected with a wrap around, open concept layout. The Dining Room features a large table that seats 8 guests. The Living Room has a 65” in. TV set up in guest mode for you to enjoy you’re personal streaming services.
The Kitchen is setup to accommodate 8 people to include the basic essential cooking supplies. Small appliances include a coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and microwave.

Upstairs Level
The upstairs features 3 warm and inviting bedrooms.

Master
Upstairs is a Master Bedroom with a brand new, private Full Bathroom! You will find a queen sized bed, two large windows, a single closet and 55” ROKU TV setup in guest mode to enjoy any streaming services you subscribe to.

Bedrooms 2 & 3
The other two bedrooms have queen sized beds, their own closets and 32” ROKU TVs set up in guest mode for you to enjoy any streaming services you subscribe to. Both bedrooms share a full bathroom in the hallway.

Downstairs Level - Bedroom 4
This level features a walkout basement with private full bathroom (w/ standing shower). This room features a queen sized bed, foosball table and a 55” in. TV set up in guest mode for you to enjoy any streaming services you subscribe to.
The laundry room is also downstairs in the storage area (please bring your detergent).
