Cleaning
The cleaning fee covers laundry and cleaning services to prepare the apartment for your stay. For additional cleaning services during your stay, please feel free to reach out and we can arrange with an additional fee.
ALSO PLEASE KEEP IN MIND OUR FRIENDLY HOUSE RULES:
1. No smoking in-unit or patio. If there is any evidence, a $500 fee will be applied non-negotiable.
2. No parties allowed. As per Airbnb policies, parties are prohibited and will result in a $500 fee non-negotiable as well.
3. Please help us respect our neighbors and keep noise at a minimum during
quiet hours from 10:00pm - 7:00am.
4. Report any damage immediately.
5. Kindly note that this apartment is not baby-proofed and we don't have baby-specific furniture (crib, changing table, etc.). Please bring your own needed during your stay.
Please note that this is a pet friendly community however our unit does not allow pets. While the grassy courtyard is a beloved space for four-legged friends, occasionally, there may be encounters of a few minor challenges.
Please also note that amenities such as the pool may not always be accessible due to maintenance or closure as these amenities are not directly associated to the unit but are still provided for your convenience.
We have a security camera facing the front porch next to the entrance and noise monitors installed in our units (it does NOT record sounds or conversations), it just measures the noise levels in decibels. If tampered with, there will be a fee.
