On the main level, you'll see the grand teak dining table with seating for eight. A giant waterfall island with seating for four is the centerpiece of the chef's kitchen, which is complete with smart appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, a walk-in pantry, a fully furnished organic spice rack, and knives so sharp you should sign a waiver.
The views from the living room will beckon you to the patio. Step out, look around, and enjoy 180-degree views of the mountains. The homeowners picked this unit specifically for the views -- they are unmatched in this development. Imagine having a sunset cerveza on the patio, watching the sun's waning light paint the alpenglow.
Back inside, you can turn on some tunes with the Sonos sound system, catch a game, or watch a movie on the top-of-the-line 77” Samsung TV while lounging on the sectional sofa.
Beyond the great room, the second floor also houses another full bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower, as well as a dedicated office.
