Just renovated! This pristine, 2-bedroom, private home is nestled in Locke Lake Colony, a private association that surrounds picturesque Locke Lake in Center Barnstead NH. We just added a new 50" Smart TV with built-in Roku. And we added a new grill, on the brand new deck!

The home sits across the street from the lake with nearby beach access. In Spring, Summer, and early Fall, we provide you with two kayaks, and a badmitton set. Other activities provided within the Colony include bocce ball, cornhole, a playground, a 5-hole golf course, and 5 beaches to access.

In Winter, snowmobile trails are closeby. Ice fishing is allowed on the lake. Gunstock Ski Resort is just a 23 minute ride north.

In Spring, Summer and Gall, Bank of NH Pavillion is an open-air live music venue just 17 miles to the north. Alton Bay on Lake Winnipesauke is just 8 miles away with mini golf, boat rentals, and more.

And Wolfeboro with its ample shops and dining is a short ride.
