This quaint place is great for families, couples, solo adventurers, or business travelers.

If you cancel anytime after the 15 day window, you will lose your reservation and funds will no longer be refundable. Our home is prepped based upon the number of guests. Only registered guests are allowed.
Pets are allowed subject to approval by the host and a pet fee (assistance/support animals must be disclosed at time of booking as we require certificates to waive fees). Gatherings, parties, events and smoking is not allowed. Violators are subject to penalties.

We are very available during our guests' stay. While we are not on site, we can be reached via text at any time. Respecting our guests' privacy and wishes is our top priority. We welcome the opportunity to assist our guests by making restaurant/shopping recommendations, sharing favorite things to do in the area, and helping with transportation, etc.

Good value

Great price. Host doesn’t reply much. It happened to be very cold and the small heaters were okay, not great. Good location. Nice cuban bakery 0.3 miles away.

No communication

This stay was a very bad experience. From the very beginning, I sent the host a message to get check in instructions because we were 3 hours from checking in and no information. I had to call the host and he was not very cordial. The kitchen floor had pieces of broken glass. The bathroom had a bad musky smell. There was not a single extra blanket or sheet and we were 6 guests. One of the television did not have a controller and the other had a controller without batteries. The closet in the king bedroom had a broken tv inside thrown in. We weren’t able to close the blinds in the king room, all the light came in first thing in the morning and we couldn’t sleep longer. Worst of all there was no communication with the host, I sent him a message inquiring about late check and I’m still waiting for a response. I called the host several times and he never answered or return the call. This is a lesson learned, even though we have used Vrbo and had good experiences, you always have to be extra careful, pay extra attention to review and ask questions before committing to rent.
