The space
The residence is a newly build, spacious, stylish and sophisticated modern villa that makes the very most of its location and has been built and designed by the owner to allow guests to fully appreciate the stunning sea views of the Greek blue waters and the beauty of the mountains.
Villa Mélia has a surface of 350 sq m in three independent floors and an occupancy up to 10 quests. The stylish interior decor combines simple elegance with subtle accents of comfort and luxury. The ground floor consists of a master bedroom with a king size bed and a sofa bed, a bathroom, a contemporary kitchen, a living room with two sofas in front of the fireplace, one large sofa in front of a 60 inches flat-screen TV, and a room for one more guest or the housekeeper. The first floor consists of a living room with two sofas in front of a fireplace, a large dining room, the main kitchen, and a WC. The second floor consists of three bedrooms and a bathroom. The ground and first floors are open space and surrounded by gardens. Generous balconies enjoy panoramic views to the sea and mountains. Natural stone and wood combined with subtle tones of yellow and white blend perfectly with the theme of sun, sea and sand. The light and airy interior is cozy and charming. Wooden and marble floors, rich fabrics and warm colors provide the ideal environment for a selection of family owned antique furniture pieces. The glass enclosed marble bathrooms add a modern refinement. The villa is fully equipped with all new appliances. All units are air conditioned and feature TVs with satellite channels. Free WiFi is featured throughout the property and free private parking (for two cars) is available on site. Free toiletries and bed linens are also provided. Alarm and safety systems are in place.

On the exterior; The Villa is well fenced. All around there are yards with lawn, trees and flowers. Large wooden pergolas host a sitting area with a sofa, two armchairs, a stone coffee table and a very large dinning table totally made out of stone and marble. Right in frond of it there is a large pool that gives the impression it floats to the sea, with sunbeds and a large white umbrella. Right next to it there is a decorated small path covered with white stones and flowers that leads to a pavilion where the BBQ is, with a sink, a cooking counter and in the middle another smaller dining table. On the right there is the pool bathroom. On the frond yard of the first floor and right in frond of the living room there are two large armchairs, two footstools and a coffee table all made of bamboo. This is the perfect place to take your breakfast in the morning or drink a glass of wine in the evening while enjoying breathtaking views, picturesque sights and some of the most spectacular sunsets in Greece. The BBQ enhances the aromas for a romantic dining experience under the stars, overlooking the private pool and taking in the mountain air. The soft white candle lights, comfortable couches under the pergolas and the fragrance of the flowers create an inviting magical ambiance!
The Villa is just 3' walk to the beach that consists of three coasts side by side and a very special chapel that was painted inside by hand by the well known greek artist mr. Mitaras who was a resident at the community. I highly advise you to visit this unique chapel and enjoy the extraordinary art.
Lastly, on the right of the Villa on the outside space there is a door that leads to a kids' playground and a basketball court.
