This home is nestled in the most serene and gorgeous perch to take in gorgeous views - sunrise, sunset, the quaint and beautiful town of Marshall, and the stargazing is divine! The outdoor wonder that this little charmer allows for is only the beginning.

Upon entering, you are greeted with an open floor plan, with plenty of room to spread out and entertain. Great for multiple groups traveling together, or large families with kids that need to spread out.

Master bedroom on the first floor has a king bed and great view of downtown Marshall and the surrounding mountains.

Second bedroom on the ground floor has a queen bed.

Upstairs is a large bedroom/office with a queen bed and spacious office area.

Also upstairs is a bunk bed (twin over full) and "hidden" play area for the kids.

TV's are located in common areas on both the first and second floors.

Wonderful porch outside for enjoying coffee or wine while taking in the views or having great conversation with family and friends.

Fire pit is available for use to end the day either roasting marshmallows or getting cozy and keeping warm while enjoying the outdoors.

If you decide to take the quick trip down to the beautiful town of Marshall, you will enjoy amazing food options, local artist boutiques, grocery options, and even live music at some of the local watering holes.

You will have full, private access to the entire home - including outdoor firepit area. This is not in a community of lots of houses, you will likely not see anyone else during your stay unless you venture down into town.

Absolutely NO PETS including emotional support animals as the owner has severe pet allergies and uses the house frequently.
