Close to Beach

The space was adequate for our family of 4. The primary was a nice size. Living and dining rooms were spacious enough. We liked the swing chair and table on the deck. Great view of the beach and pool. This place is steps to the beach. The beach did get very crowded because its the public beach. Had to get there early to get a spot. Otherwise the unit could use some cosmetic updates. Whomever painted didnt take their time. Kitchen had pots without lids, no mixing bowls. Small touches would make this place very nice.

Great stay, great price.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was cozy for a family of 4, the view is excellent, the pool and hot tub was clean and well maintained. Beach is just across the street. We will definitely stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Generally we were satisfied with our stay. Unit could use some improvements. would have been nice if there were instructions on how to use the tv. most channels needed a subscripton. Unit was sold 2 days prior to our arrival so we had to cancel and rebook which was a bit of a hassle and stressful. Code did not work but rental company was very helpful. Great location and view of the beach.
