Welcome to our Beach Air Blue Chair condo located at the Carillon Beach Resort Inn.

With a coastal luxury interior, a balcony that overlooks the waters of Lake Carillon, and surrounded by amazing amenities at this stunning resort, this is your ideal location for sun, fun, relaxation, and making memories.

Inside our one bedroom condo, you’ll find updated and upgraded charm amongst comfy couches, a full kitchen with island bar and all appliances plus all you need to whip up meals, snacks, and tropical drinks, a Smart TV in the living room, dining for four, and a private balcony with outdoor bar height seating that overlooks the heart-shaped Lake Carillon.

Our bedroom boasts a comfortable, new king sized bed with Smart TV. And the bathroom is upgraded with a stylish walk-in shower.

We supply beach towels, some beach essentials, and free daily beach chairs (regularly $40/day) along the 1 mile of private beach that Carillon calls its own (with seven beach access points). The beach access is just an easy 5-minute walk along the sidewalks of Carillon. Or for people who prefer a pool, ours is a stunning one with swaying palm trees and easy access. Or enjoy any of the additional three pools throughout the resort.

The Carillon Beach Resort offers plenty of activities when you need options beyond the beach: rent bicycles and prowl the entire complex plus ride to Carillon Market Street and enjoy shops and restaurants. Or you’ll find on-site dining at Our Little Beach Cafe (breakfast and lunch only) or Lake Powell Pizza. Nearby are popular restaurants such as Bayou Bill’s Crab House and Squidly’s Seafood and just a short drive to the west is an array of restaurants in the popular 30A stretch of the Gulf Coast.

For additional recreation, you’ll find parks, tennis, basketball, kayaking, surf or lake fishing, and snorkeling. Kids will love the resort playground. If you’re feeling particularly adventurous, check out Walkin’ On Water Paddleboards. Paradise Fitness is a gym for guests to use. They have daily and weekly rentals for short term guests. Or take your relaxation up a notch with treatments at the Salon Baliage & Spa.

Wonderful condo & stay in Carillon!

Always enjoy our trips to Carillon! This was just a few days, but this condo was clean, nicely decorated, and located in a gated community. We played pickleball & enjoyed the beautiful, private beach w/ loungers & umbrella daily set up! We added these days onto our trip w/ friends at their home, and so happy we stayed here. We’ll be back! Thank you Tammy!

The perfect place with a great location!

We had a wonderful time staying in Carillon Beach. This condo was beautifully updated with plenty of space for us. It was stocked with everything we needed. We really loved the location and accessibility to the pools and beach. My kids could walk to Lake Powell Pizza for lunch and bike around the neighborhood. The restaurants on 30a were so close and we ate out every night. The check in and check out process was very easy and I look forward to staying here again. Thanks again for the perfect getaway! #208 was great!!

Perfect place to enjoy 30A

We have stayed at several different locations on 30A and Carillon is my favorite. It is a quick walk to the beach, and I love that this condo includes beach service - very convenient. The owner also had beach towels, a small cooler and a beach chair for us to use. I love that Carillon is the perfect gated neighborhood by the beach. My kids love riding bikes all over and going to the pools and grabbing lunch or ice cream at the village. We were there for Easter and loved getting to attend the Easter morning service at the chapel. They even music in the little park area some nights. Also Publix & CVS is right around the corner if you need to grab anything. This condo was perfect for our family of 4. It looks to be newly renovated and done perfectly. The owners have everything you need - plenty of pillows & blankets too - THANK YOU! We have rented a house in Carillon before but we enjoyed staying in this condo better. It is way less expensive that renting a whole house and it’s just easy and convenient. The property manager Tammy checked in with us to make sure ever was great. We will definitely be back to Carillon and this is the place we will stay for sure! Thank you for doing such a great job of creating a comfortable, super clean, relaxing place for a family to spend time together at the beach.
