Welcome to our whimsical wonderland in Grand Prairie, TX! Our Boho house is nestled among towering trees and lush greenery, offering a serene escape from the ordinary. Whether you're here for a game at AT&T Stadium or a day of adventure at Six Flags, our house is the perfect home base. Unwind in the cozy living room or soak up the sun in the spacious backyard!

This house is equipped with all the essential organic and natural elements to make your stay comfortable and cozy. The house has 6 bedrooms and 12 beds, and 2.5 baths, perfect for a larger group getaway Please note that all 5 rooms are to be used by our guests but the 6th room is with a code and can be used upon request and with additional fee. Spacious rooms every room is painted in unique and warm colors to make you feel at home. With plenty of natural light from the large windows, you won't want to leave this beautiful and cozy spot.

Closed Bedroom:
The Five bedrooms can accommodate up to 12 guests. The sixth bedroom can accommodate 8 more guests and can be used by request.
Security Cameras:
For Safety purposes, we have 2 safety installed in the front door facing the front yard ends and in front of the backdoor facing the pool this will be recording 24/7 for security purposes not inside the house to keep your privacy.

Bathroom 1: ENSUITE in the master's bedroom (Bedroom 1)
Bathroom 2: Adjoining bathroom for 2nd and 3rd bedroom located on the 2nd floor
Bathroom 3: Toilet only located in the living room (ground floor)
We have a large and small pool which guests can use but these does not have a heater/heating.
Bathtub on the 2nd floor bathroom can be operated normally to use the hot water.
Guest has access to all the amenities except for the 6th room This can be used upon request.

Our home is located in the East Grand Prairie neighborhood of Grand Prairie, TX. The area has seen recent development and is becoming a popular area for families. Highlights of the neighborhood include:

11. Garbage collection days vary; we’ll notify you in advance.
12. House-trained pets allowed with a $120 USD fee per pet.
13. Stained sheets or towels will incur replacement charges.
14. Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture. Pet waste must be picked up. A fee will be charged if not cleaned up.
15. Violation of house rules may result in additional charges or immediate cancellation of the reservation.
16. Remove shoes when entering the property, especially on carpeted areas.
17. Shoe stains or dirt on carpets that require deep cleaning will result in extra cleaning charges.
18. If you break something, please notify us immediately.
19. Please return any moved items to their original positions. Do not rearrange or drag furniture across the floors.
20. Set the AC to 75°F when not in use.
21. Pool heater is available upon request for $150/day. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
22. Use of the pool is at your own risk. No lifeguard on duty. Children must be supervised. No glass near the pool.
23. All trash must be bagged before placing it in bins. Loose trash or liquids may result in extra cleaning charges.
24. Towels are for body use only. Do not use them for makeup removal, cleaning, or around the pool.
25. Security cameras monitor the exterior of the property 24/7. Tampering with devices is prohibited.
26. No open flames or candles are allowed inside the property.
27. Please do not tamper with smart home devices, including locks, thermostats, or cameras.
28. A noise-monitoring device is in place to help maintain a peaceful environment. It does not record audio.
29. No unapproved outdoor gatherings or additional visitors beyond registered guests.
30. Firearms or weapons are not allowed on the property under any circumstances.
**SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY**
A $500 security deposit will be held on your credit or debit card during your stay. This covers potential damages, missing items, or extra cleaning. The deposit will be fully released after check-out, provided there are no issues. If there are damages or missing items, the cost will be deducted from the deposit.
**Pre-Arrival Requirements (For Non-Airbnb Reservations)**
To ensure a smooth and secure check-in process, we kindly ask all guests who booked outside of Airbnb to complete the following steps at least 24 hours before arrival:
Government-Issued ID:
A clear photo of a valid government-issued ID (driver’s license or passport) for the primary guest.
Selfie for Identity Verification:
A selfie of the primary guest holding the same ID near their face (for identity confirmation).
Front of Credit/Debit Card:
A photo of the front of the card used for the reservation.
Please note that the swimming pool for adults' depth is around 8FT and the kiddie pool is 3.5 to 4 FT. We strongly advise keeping watch of kids at all times when near the pool or using the adult or kiddie pool. Management or the host will not be held liable for any accident that may happen, use at your own risk.
