After entering the home, you are immediately greeted with a spacious living room to your left. The dining area and open-concept kitchen is just a few steps away. There is also a secondary living room on the bottom level of the home that is decked out with lounge-ready furniture and an accessible bathroom. Consider this your new favorite space to get cozy and watch a movie.

The home itself is also perfect for nature lovers. With a large, elevated deck located off of the dining area space, you can spend your days soaking in the sights and sounds of nature. There is also direct access to McAlpine Creek Greenway in the neighborhood - a 11.9 mile nature trail.

★ Living Room #1: A large space where you can gather with your fellow guests and bask in each other’s company. Complete with modern furnishings and a Smart TV so you can enjoy all your favorite shows and movies. The sofa is a futon and can be converted into a bed.

★ Living Room #2: Located on the bottom level of the home, this living room is the definition of cozy. After a long day of exploring everything Charlotte has to offer, this is the perfect space to wind down and relax. Please note the fireplace is just for decoration and is not functional. The sofa here is also large enough to be slept on.

★ Dining Room: The intimate dining area is situated right next to the kitchen and living room for easy entertaining.

★ Kitchen: Our fully-stocked kitchen has everything you need and more. Here, you'll find stainless steel appliances, refrigerator with water/ice, coffee maker, and toaster. Of course, you will also have access to cooking tools, utensils, and dinnerware if you want to whip up a homemade meal during your stay.
