Alexandra purchased this villa bc of the floor plan , there are only 5 on property, the 3 balconies are unique and spacious. It is 1500 square feet. Were placed the 20 year old dark curtains and love the solar shades. They are clean. We replaced the hideous carpet you still see in the marina inn .the HOA fees we pay are ridiculous so we need to have our UPTOWN villa rented . We love direct bookings and make check in and out convenient. We are not on the rental program so we can keep our prices below the market. Pets are welcomed as long as we are aware. We have to inform security. They aren’t big on dog barking as everyone complains . We love one night visits. We are very interested in getting longer stays during the off season. Uptown is clean comfortable private and luxurious. Intercostal marina golf yachts beach pools weights spas dinning jet skies sauna bars restaurants, shuttle to beach in season, valet service concierge security kid friendly elderly friendly 4 th floor view motorcycle friendly washer and dryer ice minimal soaps towels lines provided and cleaned by owners pillows and bedding are updated and kept fresh.
