Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home and outdoor space, including the private hot tub. There is a resident parking spot in the alley behind the home and paid parking on the street out front.

This historic home is in one of the most desired locations in town on N Main Street in the Breckenridge Historic District. In just a short two-minute walk, you can be on your way to the base of Peaks 7 or 8 from the BreckConnect Gondola. Hop onto the free Main Street Trolley at the red, white, and blue stop just over 100 feet from your front door and find yourself in the historic downtown area in mere minutes where you can discover local markets, restaurants, one-of-a-kind breweries, museums, and many other entertainment options you won't want to miss. The foodies in the group will love trying some of the popular Ridge St dining spots, less than a ten-minute walk from the home. If you are a live music fan be sure to check out some live music at Riverwalk Center, in the winter there is indoor heated seating and in the summer you can enjoy the music out on the lawn. Getting Around:
From this centrally located home, you can easily walk to all the main attractions, ski lifts, eateries, and even the grocery store. The free Main Street trolley has several stops nearby, with one just a minute's walk from the door, and is a great option for exploring downtown, Breckenridge. The BreckConnect Gondola is a two-minute walk from the apartment and will take you to the bases of Peaks 7 and 8. Uber/Lyft are always available.

Please note that, like most homes in Breckenridge, this home does not have A/C.

Please be aware that due to the central location of this property, you may occasionally experience street noise, similar to all properties in town.

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

• Check-in is anytime after 4PM
• 50% of payment is due upfront and the rest of the payment is due (14) days before arrival.
• Booking Fee: We charge an additional, non-refundable fee of 2% of the total payment to cover the cost of booking processing.
• The credit card holder must provide a picture of the back and front of their ID via a secure and encrypted portal upon confirmation for fraud protection.
• Please promptly respond to any inquiries or requests for additional information to ensure the confirmation of your booking; failure to respond in a sufficient manner may lead to cancellation of the reservation.
