Our home is just far enough from town center to benefit from plenty of piece and quiet while still being able to get everywhere you need to go easily. Kids love playing ping pong in the garage, walking down the street on their own to the new playground or to the corner store for ice cream. Jaycie and I love lying in bed with the sliding door open so we can hear the rain fall on the roof of the covered patio We also love that from our door step it's a easy walk or bike ride to the Arcata Plaza, Wildlife Sanctuary, Cal Poly Humboldt, Local Restaurants and the Hammond Trail that now runs all the way north to Clam Beach.
We love the open kitchen, living and dining room floor plan with the surround fireplace located in the middle of it all.
Super comfortable beds, puffy pillows and high thread count sheets for a good nights sleep.
Washer and dryer and free high speed wifi are on site.
While we welcome well behaved pets it is important to note that our back yard is very small. Just big enough for the pups to do their business:-)
