Mesquite Condo

The condo was set up perfectly for us to walk in and enjoy. It had everything you would want for a nice, comfortable stay. I'd definitely recommend your property!

Great stay

We were in Mesquite for golf and this was by far much nicer and comfortable than the hotels. Place was great, bed very comfortable and manager very accommodating! Would definitely recommend.

So well stocked!

Very nice and clean. Location is very good and close to many things. Condo was stocked so well with everything we needed. Host was very responsive and friendly to deal with. Close to a park with playgrounds and walking path.

Soccer Tournament Stay

Great place to stay for my wife, daughter, and myself for a soccer tournament. Close to restaurants and not to far from the soccer complex. We would definitely stay here again.

Home away from home

We absolutely loved our stay at the condo. We were there to visit family and the space gave us a great spot to rest. Lots of space to kids and thoughtful amenities. Would stay here again! Thank you!!

Golf Getaway

Very nice condo but ... too cluttered and what is there needs to be organized. There are nightstands with drawers in the master bedroom to store a few items but no other dressers. No dresser at all in 2nd bedroom. There are shelves in closet but they are full with owners stuff. Way too much owner stuff in condo. No space available anywhere for renters items. It appears that when other renters leave stuff behind, it all stays in the condo. Why? Would be nice to have one cupboard in kitchen for renters to store their items. Cleanliness is borderline. Surfaces are clean but the whole condo needs a deep clean. Ceiling fan in bedroom was filthy. Closets were disorganized and filthy. Silverware drawer is full of crumbs. Drawers in bathrooms were full of owners stuff and needed a good cleaning. When unit upstairs is rented out it is very very noisy. Condo is too far from hot tub and pool to walk. And on the weekend, this area was overrun with families. The youth literally took over the hot tub. No barbecue available to renters. No safe to store valuables. And, in my opinion, the worst offense is the security code on the door should be changed to something way more difficult. The current one is just asking for trouble. I will not be booking this particular condo again and will not be recommending it to friends and family.

Great location, with all the amenities you need

We were travelling for golf, the condo was centrally located to all the courses we played. It was a quick drive to restaurants and groceries. The condo was very comfortable and had everything you would need. The check in and out process was very easy. We enjoyed the hot tub as well. Overall a great place to stay, and we would recommend this condo.

Great rental!

This is a super fun condo! It is very well maintained and stocked with everything you would ever need. They thought of everything! We spent a lot of our time in the neighborhood pool. Great vacation rental! Super easy check in and check out. Would definitely recommend

My husband and I bought this condo in January of 2021 and spent 8 months traveling to and from Montana to do the remodel ourselves. It was a fun experience and we love Mesquite and the community. We currently live in Whitefish, Montana so its amazing to escape to some sunshine and have pool time with our 6 year old son. I am a Real Estate Broker and my husband is a Master Plumber. We hope you enjoy our condo as much as we do.
