Nestled on a quiet Mt Tolmie cul-de-sac our bright and renovated suite features a new kitchen, comfortable bed, laundry and parking. Steps to the University of Victoria, Oak bay, Cordova bay, the large back yard backs onto Mt Tolmie park so there is lots to explore.

Please note this is a suite in our family home. We have small children that you will hear. We provide essentials in the suite but for bookings longer than a week we do not offer resupplies of consumables. No smoking, parties, pets.
The space
This is a very unique property with an amazing back yard, there is an outdoor table and chairs and your welcome to use the backyard. The upper level deck is for our family to use but there is ample space. We also have a small flock of chickens and try to provide a few eggs if they are laying.

Self contained suite on the main floor with a bedroom, kitchen/living room and a large laundry room/mudroom

Please note - No overnight unregistered guests. Parking is available for one car only. Small street with no additional parking
