Hell und luftig mit offenem Wohnzimmer, Esszimmer und Küche - ideal für Unterhaltung. Hartholzböden mit Terrakottafliesen in der Küche und Corion-Arbeitsplatten. Wrap-around-Veranda und große Terrasse mit Blick auf privaten, beheizten Pool. (Bitte beachten Sie: Pool nur beheizt, wenn die Außentemperatur über 65F liegt.) Großer Meister mit Whirlpool im Bad.

Zwei Blocks zu einem tiefen und privaten Teil des Strandes. Nur 20 Minuten in die Innenstadt von Charleston mit großartigen Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten. 10 Minuten zum Berg. Angenehme Geschäfte, Golfplätze, Plantagen und Restaurants. Gegenüber dem Intracoastal mit Blick auf die Sümpfe im Westen.

Kürzlich eingerichtetes Haus in einer familienorientierten Strandgemeinde. Großer Aufenthaltsraum mit Tischtennis und anderen Spielen. Ein Golfwagenverleih kann vor Ort arrangiert werden. Die Betten sind mit 1 Kingsize-Bett, 1 Queensize-Bett, 4 Einzelbetten (2 im Krähennest im Obergeschoss und 2 im Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss), Etagenbetten und einem ausklappbaren Schlafsofa ausgestattet. Futon in voller Größe auch in kleinen Fitnessraum. Highspeed-WLAN inklusive.

Great vacation house, both inside and outside. Close proximity to the beach. The house was very clean. Kitchen was large and had plenty of cooking items that made cooking for a large group very accommodating. Adults and kids enjoyed the pool and guys enjoyed the putting green and ping pong. Communication with the Host was great. He was always quick to respond. We look forward to our next visit to IOP.

Great house with lots of outdoor space

Loved the porch on 3 sides as well as the raised deck just off the porch and the deck around the pool. There was not any empty cabinet space in the kitchen, such as a pantry for food storage, but we got past that!! House is clean and we'll maintained. Loved the margarita machine!!! Easy walk to a beautiful, quiet section of the beach. I would rent this house again.

Great price for a great house for a big group!

The pictures of this property do not do it justice! The outside is now a bright pretty blue. There is a huge wrap around porch, a large deck in the back with steps down to a huge pool with a ton of room for chairs and space to lay out. The kitchen and living area is fairly spacious, along with the bedrooms. And there was an entire basement with a futon, bunk beds, couch, laundry, kitchenette and ping pong table! The best part was the beach is only 2 blocks away, a 5 minute walk at most. We had a great time. Owner Dan was very responsive to questions/emails. Would 100% stay here again if i had a big group coming to down to Charleston again. Thanks for a great stay!

We loved the house! The owners were very accessible and were quick to respond to any questions.

We loved the house and it was the perfect house for a girls getaway! It's only a few blocks from the beach and not far from Isle of Palm restaurants. We actually walked to the restaurants and back for breakfast and it was a great way to get the day started! The owners were great to work with and answered any questions within a timely manner. I highly recommend staying here and wouldn't hesitate renting it again!

Fall Getaway

Girls Trip

My girlfriends and I just returned from a long weekend there, and it was great. There was plenty of room in the house and the pool was perfect with lots of chairs. The house was equipped with everything we needed and more. I would recommend this house for a large group of friends or family.

Just what we needed

This house worked well for our large family. We had a total of 10 people (7 adults, 3 kids) staying at the house, everyone had their own place to sleep. The pictures do not do this house justice, the rooms are bigger than they appear in the pictures. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax, the side wrap-around porch is perfect! The swimming pool was clean, well-kept (pool service guy came twice during our visit), and was definitely enjoyed by all! A short 2 block walk to the beach. Close proximity to all attactions in and around Charleston. The owners were very nice and polite, and were very helpful with suggestions and any questions we asked. I would definitely recommend this house to others. However, as with most beach houses, there are multiple stairs both inside the residence and out...be mindful of that when booking if traveling with disabled persons. However, with that being said, we were very pleased with the house and would definitely stay again should the opportunity arise. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home! We had a wonderful vacation!

June Beach Trip

My family had the pleasure of staying at Crows Nest this summer. We are a large family with relatives in Chas but 12 of us stayed in the house, ages ranged from 20 mo to 70 yrs. Several nights we had 21 people for dinner and never felt crowded. The kitchen was well equipped and the second refrigerator was a lifesaver. The house had many surprises as toys, baby gates, and a wonderful push car that our baby loved. He must have ridden many miles in that toy. The sleeping arrangements were fine and accommodated our single young adults well. The pool was terrific and enjoyed by all as it was clean and well maintained. We were also impressed with all the seating around the pool and on the deck. The common area was comfortable and enjoyed by all. The only challenge was the bathroom lay out which was difficult at times. I would highly recommend this house for all regardless of age. The walk to the beach was easy. Mainly dealing with the owner was a pleasure. We felt welcomed from the moment we arrived. He made the financial transactions a pleasure and the house was even better than we imagined. The pictures do not do it justice. We plan on returning next summer.

Just another day in Paradise! Beach living at its best!!!

We had a group of 10 guys that stayed at this house for a weekend getaway. The house was the perfect fit for our group as every person was able to have their own place to sleep.The pictures do not do the house justice as the house is much bigger than shown in the photos. The pool was very clean and heated upon our arrival which was great for late night or early morning swims. The house was clean and linens were fresh.There is a beautiful spiral staircase that connects all floors of the house .There is a game room downstairs with a ping pong table which was a nightly gathering spot for some fierce ping pong battles. The house location is just a short distance about 20 mins to downtown Charleston and just steps to the beach on IOP. We did not experince any problems with the house during our stay which is what every traveler wants in the end. I would highly recommend this house if your looking for a true beach house experience and total relaxation during your stay.

We live on the Isle of Palms and spend summers in Winnetka, when we rent out the house at 502 Palm Blvd. We pride ourselves on providing comfortable accommodations with an emphasis on service including expedited check-in. IOP offers a great beach and family-oriented community close to downtown and the airport. Lots of nearby attractions (plantations, restaurants, aquarium, historical sites, etc.) and the golf is great. We hope you enjoy the Low Country as much as we do!
