Newly renovated condo has a large master bedroom, large master bathroom with large tub and shower, large guest bedroom that comfortably sleeps 4, and a large guest bathroom. The condo is stocked with everything you need: spices for cooking, floats, beach towels, ninja blender, US phone line that’s free… We have fast WIFI if you need to keep in touch with work or family. The covered patio is a great space to relax or enjoy a drink at the bar! Open concept living incorporates a large kitchen space that opens to a dining table that seats 6. Relax on the couch or loveseat in the living room after a long day!

You will have access to our entire luxury condo! You have access to all of our toys and belongings. We also provide you with a personal concierge who can help you plan your days and has access to some of our property we store on site. Larger coolers, fishing equipment, extra floats...

Perfect Location. Right on the Ocean (40' away). You can watch the sunrise from the condo or the porch. Very peaceful and romantic. We are on the northern side of Captain Morgan's. Close to many of the restaurants and bars visited by many tourists. The town is 10 minutes away by golf cart. We travel everywhere by golf cart. Everything is reasonably close. Getting there is part of the fun.

The common form of transportation on the Island is by golf cart. You can rent a golf cart for around $225/week. Only one road goes north, and one road goes south, and the center of town has 3 roads. So, you can figure out where things are pretty quickly. There is plenty of parking at Oceans23 as well as in town, specifically for golf carts.

This is our home away from home. Our condo is not set up like a rental. We have new furniture and lots of art. This is the newest building at Oceans 23 (formerly the private residences at Captain Morgans). The property has an amazing pool with a swim up bar overlooking the ocean. Come stay at our private luxury condo and I will hook you up with the best places and people to make you feel like a local. The condo is stocked with everything you need: spices for cooking, floats, beach towels, ninja blender, US phone line that’s free… Ambergris Caye is an amazing Island with wonderful people. The locals speak English, and you can use the US dollar. We have fast WIFI if you need to keep in touch with work or family. I can email you a list of several places to go and things to do. We offer all of our guest's a private concierge service starting at the Belize City Airport, all the way to our condo. It's our VIP service. Our concierge can help you arrange local pricing for your golf cart. The A/C is turned on with water and ice waiting when you arrive. Please let us know if there is a special occasion you are celebrating. The concierge will help you arrange anything you need before you arrive. No extra charge for this service but tipping is always appreciated.
We ask that guests have fun. Love their friends and family that are traveling with them. We also ask that you are courteous to other guests when it comes to loud noises or music at night. Follow the pool rules to keep everyone safe. Please let your host know if something is not working or if you have any special requests.
