Coachella weekend

The house was a short walk to the polo fields. It was a great house and super clean. Nic was very accommodating and replied fast. Would love to stay there again

Awesome Pool House

Great house for a family. Open concept with all the amenities needed. Check-in was very easy and we felt very safe in the gated community. The home itself was very clean and modern. The kitchen has a huge island and we were able to easily cook for our family and visitors. The yard had a built in BBQ and a beautiful pool. Everything was easily controlled by an I-PAD and all instructions were listed. The pool was awesome and the kids swam all day and night. Perfect place for a pool getaway! The host was very responsive and answered all our needs!

Spring break vacay

This property was clean and spacious. The house was so functional and the decor was simple and fun. The pool was beautiful and the jacuzzi and outdoor fireplace were perfect in the evening. The community is quiet and safe. We brought scooters for the kids so they could join us on morning runs through the community. Great home and management.

Beautiful Near New Home in Great Location

The home is beautiful and very new. The pool and hot tub were spacious and clean, and the back yard is large and well-appointed with a lovely view of the mountains in the distance. The property has all of the modern conveniences inside and out that you would hope for, to enjoy time away to relax and have fun. The golf course and pro shop are walking distance from the home and the three 9-hole courses are well maintained and a pleasure to play. The hosts were easy to communicate with when we had questions. We highly recommend this property. Thank you.

The perfect getaway!

This house had everything we needed for a perfect weekend getaway! The neighborhood felt extremely safe and quiet, and the property was clean, updated, and comfortable, allowing us to have a stress-free weekend. We made use of the outdoor space including the spa, colored pool lights, a fire pit, and plenty of outdoor seating. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious with comfortable beds, plenty of pillows, blankets, towels for the duration of our stay. The property manager was excellent to work with as well! Overall a perfect fit for a relaxing weekend with friends… we are hoping to book this property again in the future!

Great hotspot for a getaway!

Nic’s place was perfect for a relaxing getaway! I hosted a small party for co workers and this was exactly the perfect blend of chill kickback and comfortable relaxation. Nic was really supportive and checked in to make sure we had what we needed. Responded super quickly. The house was clean and had plenty of space. The pool and hot tub were great. Definitely recommended.

Great location, pool was amazing!

This property was out of a magazine, the decor and themes were very desert inspired and felt very modern. The layout of the property is very open which was great for our group. There were plenty of places to sit inside and gather around for card games. The outdoors are really great too, the pool and firepit were my favorite. The hosts even heated the pool for us for free which was really great. Overall, this is a super nice escape that is quick hop from LA, will be bringing my family next time. Thanks!!

Really enjoyed our stay

We couldn't have asked for a nicer house. Nic has thought of everything. And the pool was warm enough to swim even in the autumn air; the hot tub was a perfect touch for nighttime. Looking forward to coming out again when we can.
